This studio has been inconsistent with its class schedule, frequently changing times with little to no notice for members. As a member, you're required to provide a 30-day notice if you wish to end your membership. However, the studio can change its hours at any time, which may disrupt the classes you're able to attend. If the new schedule no longer works for you, you're still required to give a 30-day notice and pay for another month, even though you're unable to use the service due to their scheduling changes. This feels unfair--if members are held to a 30-day notice policy, the studio should also be held to the same standard and not penalize members for their erratic scheduling decisions. OTF is not cheap; when you're paying for a premium gym experience, you should be treated with respect and consistency.

I was immediately hounded by four of the fitness trainers, who kept trying to push their classes on me. There's also a lack of communication with the staff and team there. No thanks. Then I was charged "late" fees for two months, even though they already had my card and bank information on file. When I emailed them about it, they never got back to me. Really shady service. The gym is also always crowded: weekdays, weekends, mornings, and nights. It's a madhouse in there, and I'd recommend another gym.

Last week a red-headed woman told my granddaughter she could not use the ladies' locker room because it was for females only. My son politely tried to take care of this and found the female manager to be helpful. Then today, when they arrived, they said she could not use the gym without an ID. The kid is a kid; she doesn't have one. The two of them lift together and it is more than just a gym experience it is their time and they have had a horrible year so far. This in my mind is discrimination and needs to be noted. My heart is broken that they were treated this way and would never set foot in that piece of crap place again.

I would really appreciate a return phone call so my situation/reimbursement can be resolved. However, the staff who answers the phone are very cordial I appreciate their help. Whenever I go early morning to Planet Fitness, it appears to be very clean. I appreciate that. Rating: general manager, does deserve a rating as her managerial skills are in question. She does not return her phone calls. How terrible for business???? The gym and staff with the exception of the general manager, Sherry get a five star rating.

But by the time I noticed it, it was too late as I was already sweaty and couldn't leave without a shower. Note the pictures - some people are pigs. 30 minute workout area was tidy and while some people don't quite understand the concept here. It's not a "pick a machine and stay with it" sort of thing. It's a circuit and you're supposed to move on from one machine to the next to get a rounded workout over the course of a half hour. They have plenty of treadmills and ellipticals all pointed to a bank of televisions so you can tune in to a channel, plug your headphones in, and zone out while you work out. So that's nice.
