She gave me a full tour, walked me through the schedule, set me up with a mat and towel and explained everything I needed to know about the sauna and what to expect. She even checked in on me halfway through my session just to make sure I was good. At the end she took the time to go over all my membership options knowing I'm from out of town but trying to stay on top of my fitness. That kind of attention and care goes a long way. The free class was a great way to experience everything and I left genuinely impressed. If you haven't tried it yet, go. You won't regret it.

This studio has been inconsistent with its class schedule, frequently changing times with little to no notice for members. As a member, you're required to provide a 30-day notice if you wish to end your membership. However, the studio can change its hours at any time, which may disrupt the classes you're able to attend. If the new schedule no longer works for you, you're still required to give a 30-day notice and pay for another month, even though you're unable to use the service due to their scheduling changes. This feels unfair--if members are held to a 30-day notice policy, the studio should also be held to the same standard and not penalize members for their erratic scheduling decisions. OTF is not cheap; when you're paying for a premium gym experience, you should be treated with respect and consistency.

Then I was charged "late" fees for two months, even though they already had my card and bank information on file. When I emailed them about it, they never got back to me. Really shady service. The gym is also always crowded: weekdays, weekends, mornings, and nights. It's a madhouse in there, and I'd recommend another gym.

I would really appreciate a return phone call so my situation/reimbursement can be resolved. However, the staff who answers the phone are very cordial I appreciate their help. Whenever I go early morning to Planet Fitness, it appears to be very clean. I appreciate that. Rating: general manager, does deserve a rating as her managerial skills are in question. She does not return her phone calls. How terrible for business???? The gym and staff with the exception of the general manager, Sherry get a five star rating.

They accused me of running someone over because of photos taken of my car. I think I remember a weird man videotaping my car for like 10 minutes and I left the area and I've never seen him since. That in itself was extremely awkward. They said that they don't have any proof that all they have is some person showed them photos of a car that looks like my car and then I guess they did investigative work and matched the license plate. So this is all coming from some weird guy that videotaped my car while I was parked for 10 or more minutes. I'm confused.

You can easily make do and rip a solid lift for any and all muscle groups. One major piece of advice: try to go at a time when no one is there. If there are more than a few people there, you'll probably have to wait on equipment - luckily I didn't have to wait, but I could foresee that being an issue. The only (small) qualm I had was that there weren't any fans in the gym. Thanks y'all!
