Eventually, I dropped the YMCA and now this is my main workout place. The workouts are structured so there is floor/weights, treadmill and rolling machine. This is done all I in one hour. The instructor guides and illustrates each exercise and monitors the class. If you need assistance or are doing it wrong they assist you personally without any judgement. The downfall is it is very expensive. If I hadn't locked into the Introductory prIce I probably would not even think of trying it. The long term benefits are worth it.

Horrible system put in place would not recommended even for 10 bucks a month spend the extra 10 a month and work out at catalyst or anytime. I also see that they have commented on this saying that I can send in a letter to cancel it. This is the 21st-century for crying out loud.

Sadly I've been told the DuPont location is the only location that gets updated equipment but also is overcrowded. Really nice staff.
