It is a great place for parents to allow their kids to stay after school on a daily basis, or to take sign them up for exciting summer camps! One of the many benefits of bringing your child to Myford's CDC is the exposure they will get to other kids. The CDC will watch over children from Kindergarten to 5th grade, and this program will expose them to students they do not normally see during the school day! Be aware of the age limits for Myford's CDC, as the staff has very strict regulations, but overall excellent program!

Anything good about this center is gone - nice teachers gone, positivity gone, no one talks to you so imagine what the kids are getting, no recaps the day or what you child did. They never take home any projects or activities nothing.. what ate they doing. Kids are on electronics no parent/teacher or teacher/ child interaction. They should be shut down. the director here is a joke I have heard her talk about myself and other parents over a walkie talkie to her team so no wonder everyone is rude, unengaged, disinterested and lazy it starts from the top. I caught her in a lie and she did call to apologize about the issue but she is the biggest problem here. She only talks about money money money. She sets the tone and clearly it is not one about customer service or care or even a passion for working with children. I even reported it to the district level not sure they cared either. absolutely pathetic. someone from the district should check this place out. The kids are getting nothing. the leave a QR code outside for parents so no one goes inside to see the utter lack of involvement. I miss the days of binders full of projects and notes telling you what you kids did or learnt. The old center did family days, or invited you in, talk to you, The kid had clubs, my kids started sports teams, businesses , competitions all sorts of creativity was encouraged. Now the only information sent out if for payment lol what a joke. The director never leaves her desk never comes out to say hello. Her lazy minions look like they hate kids. The way they talk to the kids is sad and they look right past parents. Save you money go to the boys and girls club, a neighborhood sitter, or christian or catholic on site day care. YOUR KIDS DESERVE BETTER. What a sad and pathetic end to my 8 year here. I am active in my children's schools, coach community sports and volunteer I will continue to share my shock at what a sad and pathetic excuse of a center this is to all who will listen. Kids need kindness, attention, involvement, creativity, smiles, interest, this place has none of it and it is not free so what are you guys doing there - get out for you kids sake. Shame on Catalyst kids for allowing this. Even the teachers complained during covid that they never did the required school work or home work. Teachers constantly complained about them. The good staff have left this place and it is left with lazy people who clearly hate kids and have no interest in them. I would attach pictures but we are not allowed in the center at all and are kept outside - so nothing to take a picture of but parents / kids/ staff all separate and no connection. They are the equivalent of taking your kids to a family member in an emergency who does not like kids but has to keep them safe with the least amount of engagement and they do the very bare minimum. I was hesitant in the beginning because of the pricing difference but I'm so glad they went. The kids had a blast and didn't mind having to go to camp at all. My older daughter, 8 at the time, attended the Adventure Camp and they were off campus all summer doing activities, she absolutely loved that she got to do activities without her younger brother! My younger son, who was 6, attended the Activity Camp and he had a blast as well, no tears to go from him. Ms. Claudia and Ms. Laura were such a pleasure to work with and the program itself was amazing. I really like the way they decorate the portables to have a homey feel for the kiddos. I also like how they group the kids by age so that they are around their peers and not all clumped in one room. We are signing up again this year and the kids can't wait to go.

As parents, leaving your kids with someone else is a huge deal, and from the beginning, we've always felt like our girls were in such good hands. The teachers genuinely care about the kids, and you can tell that they really know and love the children they work with. They are incredibly patient, kind, and understanding, and they've always treated our girls with so much care. Our daughters have learned SO much during their time at Childtime. It's been really special to watch them grow, make friends, and learn new things every day. We've been impressed with how much their teachers have taught them and how much effort they put into making learning fun. We are grateful for all of the teachers and staff who have been part of our girls' lives over the past few years. During the time my child attended this school, they were getting hurt almost daily -- including scratches on the arms or face and bruises on the body. When I asked the teachers, they would apologize but often say they didn't know when or how it happened. On one occasion, when I picked up my child, she was still bleeding, and no first aid had been provided. That was extremely concerning. What concerns me even more is that although there are cameras, the teachers often take the children to areas that seem to be out of camera view, making it impossible to verify what actually happened. Given this experience, I find it hard to understand how the school is now receiving such high ratings, especially when most of the positive reviews appear to be very recent. It does make me question the authenticity of those reviews.

When we found out we were pregnant with our second, we wanted the same type of care our first daycare provided. We looked at home based daycare but we could not find any that met our standards. We begrudgingly looked at daycare centers thinking they can never really do the job as well as our first daycare. Here are the criteria we were looking for: - have happy, clean babies and children in their care - have happy teachers - clean and bright facility with separate sleeping/play area - caring but firm teachers/caregivers - provide great communication with parents With those criteria in mind, we visited several centers. Some locations met a few of them, but not all until we visited Westpark Kindercare. On our tour, we met Valerie, the Director and Juliann (Assistant Director). We visited the infant rooms. There's Infant room A and B which is connected by a door with a baby gate. Both rooms were bright and clean. The babies were also clean and they looked happy playing. Now, our daughter is 1 year old and is transitioning to the toddler room. The teachers have done a wonderful job helping her become the "big girl". They really do care about our kids like their own. And I really appreciate that.

This is a fact- his water bottle was completely full, and the multiple meals and snacks I packed him were untouched and intact- not one piece was taken out to support any claim that it was "offered to him." When I picked him up he was frantically screaming for "nana" and consumed so much food and water in such a short period that it made him sick. What's worse? They lied about it in their daily report. My concerns and complaints have not been taken seriously, either. I also URGE PARENTS especially those with kids who cannot speak for themselves, to closely monitor your children because if they're intentionally starving kids and lying about it- I wouldn't put much else passed them. I have other complaints about this place but this takes the cake. Absolutely despicable.

I'll start by saying that our experience ( and this review) will primarily be focused on the toddler and upper rooms ( zazzy zebra, dazzling dolphins, and the preppy pandas). The classroom layout for all the rooms is made very thoughtfully with each part of the classroom designated for a specific type of play/ learning. My son is now in the pre-k room and still one of his favorite spots to hang out is the reading area! The rooms are adequately staffed so it doesn't seem like there are too many kids to teachers, and supervision doesn't seem to be a problem either Oh, and another nice touch is that they have a washer and dryer unit on site that they regularly use! While my son was potty training, we didn't have to bring home bagged up dirty undies which honestly was very nice. The main thing that I like about this school is the daily report and daily photos they send to the app. It's makes it so easy to see how your kid is doing and also a great way to talk about their day during pick up ! The price for the school is for sure on the higher end, but I do feel that they are 100% worth every penny!

We feel especially lucky that our daughter had Miss Fariba and Miss Taraneh as her teachers. Since they speak her native language, they gave her a wonderful sense of comfort and familiarity that made her transition so much easier. We were honestly amazed by how quickly she adjusted. Within just one week, she felt completely comfortable and happy. As parents, there's nothing more reassuring than seeing your child genuinely excited to go to school every day. We are also extremely impressed with the educational program. The curriculum is engaging, age-appropriate, and thoughtfully designed. Every day our daughter comes home having learned something new through fun, creative, and hands-on activities. It's clear that the school focuses not only on helping children feel loved and safe but also on encouraging their curiosity, confidence, and development.
