They also send out a monthly newsletter detailing the curriculum and upcoming activities. While this location doesn't provide full meals, they do offer milk at lunchtime and are a nut-free facility. They offer different schedules such as part-time, full time, and after-school care (including pick-up from some local schools). They also accept subsidized payment from county programs as well! The manager, Susana, is absolutely wonderful--always kind, attentive, and ready to address any questions or concerns. It's clear that she takes a genuine, personal interest in the children, families, and teachers, ensuring that the facility runs smoothly and that every child is well cared for. Safety and communication are top priorities at AIL. Whenever my son had a minor accident--whether it was rough play with friends or an accidental bump--the teachers immediately called me, documented the incident with a photo, applied ice if needed, and reassured me that he was in great hands. They also made a point to provide updates at pickup, letting me know if he had a great day or if there was anything he struggled with. I've had the pleasure of interacting with Ms. Fabi, Ms. Pam, and Ms. Aissa the most, and I can confidently say that every teacher at AIL is dedicated, hardworking, and truly invested in the children's well-being. Ms. Aissa typically hands off my son to me at the end of the day and by her communication it's clear she is incredibly observant and takes the time to understand the children's unique personalities and needs. Ms. Pam and Ms. Fabi are equally amazing--both are extremely communicative, patient, and supportive, especially during the potty-training stage. They made the process so much easier for my son and me, offering consistent guidance, encouragement, and reminders throughout the day. Their support was invaluable, and I always felt like we were a team in helping him succeed. When your child spends most of their day at daycare, having peace of mind is priceless--and AIL provides just that. Where do I even begin... and how can I put in to words how much we have loved our time at ICDC?…read more My daughter joined ICDC at just 10 months old and she's been lucky enough to call ICDC her home away from home for the last 4 YEARS! My daughter was one of the luckiest kids to have been in all of the classrooms - Infant Room, Toddler Room, Pre-1, Pre-2 and Pre-3. We've been able to meet/experience all of wonderful teachers and staff who truly make the place special. And it's no wonder so much of the staff has dedicated 5,10...20 years of their careers to ICDC and teaching & caring for our future generations. They truly care about the kids social-emotional and educational development! They have lesson plans, help the children gain independence and have lots of hands on learning experiences inside the classroom and also with off site Field Trips. They even have a yoga instructor come in every Monday to do yoga session with each of the older classrooms!! How cute is that? ICDC is truly special in all that they do, they have little events like: Mother's Day Picnic, Donuts with Dad, Holiday Family Pajama Breakfast, Spirit Week and much much more! They really do a great job giving families the opportunity to be involved with the school and my biggest advice is to 100% participate in all that you can. Attend all the events, volunteer for teacher appreciation week, go to the fundraisers, attend back to school night, and build community within ICDC in any way that you can. Again, I can't say enough kind words to truly convey our experience with them these last 4 years, but the time has come for my daughter to start elementary school. I am so thankful for the foundation in education, confidence, kindness, and care that ICDC has given her. She walked into the center every day with a smile on her face, and that gave me so much peace as a parent. Choosing a daycare is one of the hardest decisions you'll make, but from my experience, choosing ICDC was the BEST decision I could have made. I trusted them with the care of my only child, and in return they gave me so much more than I ever expected... First of all, it is not easy to find an Reggio Emilia school, which is the philosophy this child development center adheres to. The teachers are SO competent, nurturing and wonderful. I was amazed by how all the kids from all age groups were so immersed in what they were doing. The five year old class was fantastic, and it made me wish for a split second we had found this earlier (and lived closer). The director was obviously knowledgeable, friendly and open. I enjoyed touring with her and learning about the school. I also appreciated that they have a couple of different day options, and that there is hot lunch available. A few other things - the front door is locked and so is the gate, so there is acceptable security. The facilities are gorgeous, clean, and the activities look fun enough that as an adult, I'm interested in them! They follow the Atelier art curriculum and have great art supplies available. They had a tank of walking sticks - from large to newly hatched. The only thing that disappointed me about this school was that they don't have a program for 5 year olds in the summer - the 5 year olds are expected to attend the summer camp if childcare is needed for them (they graduate from the program at the end of spring before summer session). CBI provided a loving, enriching and nurturing environment that became a second home to us. We moved when my older son graduated. He was well-prepared academically for Kindergarten, but above all- he is a confident, kind, curious, well-rounded kid who is respectful of others, enjoys learning, and is a good friend and a great team-player. I read reviews from as early as 2011 and I can attest that these are still very valid today. We loved CBI and I can't recommend it enough for new families considering preschool options.

I do wish the team at this location had more communication with one another and better training in urgent situations. Overall my son got multiple bite marks in his early years here, a cracked elbow, and most recently 5 stitches to his chin after being pushed by another child during play time. Accidents do happen but the way incidents always got minimized or met with lack of urgency and reports hardly matched what was described verbally is what really sucked. I did have some teachers who I liked and really liked that it was Spanish and English being taught at times. But overall I wouldn't recommend this location to family or friends. Teachers were all very sweet and accommodating, she comes home singing new songs and dances. They provide lunch and snacks so I didn't have to pack, which was great. It was a big selling point for me, but the images often are very blurry, could hardly make out which one is my child, has to put colorful bows in her hair just to pick her out from the crowd. Even then, can't really tell whether she's laughing, upset. Just a blurry figure. Another cons being that they consolidate the classes later in the evening without really giving a proper sign out to the other teachers. It seldom happens, but a few times I've picked up my child and there's a bruise or some sort of injuries, which happens and expected since she's a toddler, but kinda upsetting when I ask what happened and the teacher kinda shrugged and said she didn't watch her earlier so has no idea.
