They just needed our signature, which was done in peraon. The worst part was that they forgot to file my personal federal taxes entirely. I only found out two weeks later when I checked the IRS "Where's My Refund?" tool, and it showed they had no record of my return. Because of this huge mistake, I had to spend a lot of extra time double-checking our business taxes to make sure those were actually filed, too. This oversight caused way too much unnecessary stress. I wouldn't recommend them because they lack communication and basic attention to detail.
