When I called the Service Excellence Dept. to discuss the way I was treated, they too were not empathetic whatsoever and weren't talking to me to listen; they were talking to reply. Keep in mind, I'm a Veteran and had to go through months of approval processes to get the appt at Pain Management. They called me and said my appt. was cancelled and refused to tell me why and when I pressed her with questions and wanted information from her on why my appt. was cancelled, that's when she abruptly hung up on me after giving me no reasons. Staff was rude. My ten day stay here consisted of watching my roommate snort methamphetamine in our bathroom... No doctor, no psychotic evaluation done...A pee drug test on file when I never took one..Which I would have because I don't do drugs. No therapy sessions etc... Just paperwork with false information. Still to this day have never been evaluated by a psychiatrist in my life. So the ones who signed off on any paperwork, giving false diagnosis, prescribed medicine that wasn't even needed etc, I got you. Expect to be served papers and to make major headlines. My medical history should be clean and I REFUSE to walk around with this BS attached to my medical records. The only way I could get out was by taking medicine they gave me and I didn't even understand how or why they had medicine for me when I was never seen by a doctor or psychiatrist. They kept me there extra time until I gave in and took the medicine that wasn't even needed. I was verbal from the minute I got there about never seeing a doctor or psychiatrist but they just brushed it off because there was paperwork stating otherwise.... I was forced to go there because of hearsay. Wasn't acting out or a danger to myself or others in ANY kind of way.... I won't stay silent about my injustice.. Nor will I be made out to be "crazy" or a liar. Writing about all this in my new book that will be out at the end of the year. Also preparing to take everyone involved in my situation to court...Crooked law enforcement, doctors, staff etc... Even the outside ones involved that don't work at the facility. I will repost this review every day until I receive justice...The evidence and information I've been given has me absolutely shocked.. I'm also not the only one this has been done to at this place either. Whoever is in charge needs to dig a little deeper into what goes on here.
