DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.. THE OLD BAIT AND SWITCH. SCAM! Gave me a bid, agreed and signed said bid…read morethinking that we were in agreement of the total bid price. He asked for 1/2 deposit, paid the deposit (don't pay Daniel up front!!!) on the quoted bid. Tied me up after he got my payment (first a death in the family, then under a house, then sick, then he was in the hospital..sigh) and proceeded to bill me $275.00 service fees for each time he went to the house totaling over the deposit amount I sent him on the bid and did barely any work on the deal. THEN GET THIS!!! Daniel then told me that we didn't have a signed contract and I wasn't on his schedule?? WTF? Bad on me for believing this liar. Needless to say the job wasn't done. JUST TURN AWAY DON'T DO IT.
