The only reason I did not call him out on his rude and disrespectful manner was at that time I did not know if anyone else in town had access to Simonton products. He gave us tips on some things we could try on our own, and was very knowledgeable about our type of windows and siding. A previous estimate was over $3500 to fix our problem, but Greg was able to make some adjustments and suggestions that were far more reasonable. I spoke with Allen who was very friendly and professional. I had a pleasant conversation with him. I explained what was going on and he had Brianna call me to go over everything. Brianna was very thorough and professional. She quoted me a price to repair my roof and she sent Josh out to my house this past Saturday. When he arrived he took time to answer all my questions (and I had a few). He checked my roof and my attic. He found the problem within a few minutes of arriving. Apparently, one staple popped up and as a result my roof was leaking. He pulled the staple out and sealed the holes. I was very pleased with the professionalism shown by the staff.
