Thankfully I easily slide into the last available spot. Walked in and everyone behind the counter was on the phone but they wave me forward. Quickly reviewed the shoes and asked for my concerns. I needed them in three days but I understood the short turn around. I pay first - cost about average for South Florida. To my surprise they call the next afternoon saying that items are complete - early! Service requested was done perfectly. If they didn't point out the corrections made I might have never known. It's now been over a month. These boots have gone dancing and still look lovely. Definitely time to leave a 5 star review on great service.

We had a leak in our second bathroom and called this company. The visible part installed on the tub did not match at all and looked terrible. When the invoice came, I was charged for a tub spout that wasn't replaced (it was brand new - installed a couple months prior), and billed for a shower escutcheon that was both unattractive (didn't match) and overpriced. I was also charged for a full hour of service even though the tech was here less than 10 minutes. I was later told the charge included travel time, but that was never stated in writing or explained up front. When I called to discuss the charges, the manager repeatedly talked over me and was defensive instead of listening (yes, I called him on it). They did remove the part charge and gave me a small discount, but I felt very pressured into accepting a resolution that wasn't to my satisfaction. I value businesses that are transparent and stand behind their work. Unfortunately, this experience of poor communicaton, dismissive customer service, left me with the opposite impression.

Cleaners / Alterations…read more As the name implies, they charge one price for dry cleaning and that price is substantially lower than the previous place I tried over on Port St Lucie blvd. In this last visit, I needed a pair of pants hemmed and they were able to accomplish the task with no fuss or dely. The time quoted for completion was when the pants were ready and the job was done exactly as requested. The price for a pair of pants to be hemmed was, unfortunately, high but that is also the norm everywhere you call for alterations. $16 in my case so just be aware that the cost to alter might be on par with the cost of a new pair of jeans ($22). In any case, I would use them again for cleaning and for alterations. Big, shared parking lot in front.
