As soon as I got that approval, I called a few places to get prices and availability. Unlike other companies that I called, SIGNARAMA was right there with their customer service. I didn't have to place follow-up calls (requesting callbacks or quote follow-up). I received a quote in a day. They also assisted in communicating with the shopping center landlord to speed up the approval process. Once that was received, the sign was made and installed within a week! We used them for one of our locations for window graphics, menu board, banners etc…read more In the beginning Bernie was helpful and gave us a few options. We chose the mid tier that had a good warranty. Just 2 to 3 months later the window graphics started to peal. We were already in contact w Bernie on redoing our signage for Kearny Mesa location. We asked him if he can redo the the window graphics that were peeling at Miramar location. He first said it was not covered under warranty since we bought the cheaper graphic options. After we sent him the receipt and showed him we didn't and it was still under warranty, he then replied back with "I can definitely do your other store, I can offer you a discount on pricing for new store but I cannot redo" and fix the mistake at other location I have been in business for 16 years. I value good service and companies that stand behind there work. Bernie and Signarama were definitely not that case in this situation Needless to say we ended up going with a different company for our new location and also had them redo Bernie's work. Based on my personal experience (which was all documented via email chain) I do not recommend these guys
