We had a wonderful experience catering our small 20-person wedding with Rosalyn in May! She was so helpful and accommodating with our requests and questions, so planning our menu and schedule with her was very easy. The taste test before the wedding was delicious, and we had tons of leftovers to take home afterwards. She and the carving chef were so easy to work with on the day of the wedding, and did a wonderful job decorating and setting the buffet table and guest tables. Rosalyn was also so kind to help our wedding planner with decorations and flipping our venue for the reception. She was super friendly and detail oriented which put my mind at ease. It is a family owned/operated business, with many years experience in the catering business. Cater 4 u catered our wedding. The food was delicious! we got many compliments from our guests. They were great to work with, Santos and Roslyn rolled out the red carpet for us, every step of the way they accommodated each of our requests. Even with a last minute request, they were able to provide a vegan meal for one of our guests. Our wedding took place during the Covid pandemic, Cater 4 U was very responsible, they all wore masks and followed Covid guidelines, it gave us great confidence that we would have a great experience.
