I saw one twice, he was really nice but my issue is when I had questions about the Reserve card he really didn't know anything. He just kept reading off the brochure and set me home with some. I went home and called the chase credit card services phone number (which even he told me to call....) and they were AMAZING. so helpful. I wish I could just apply over the phone since they have such good service but they said I had to apply online or at the branch. So the next day I went back with a decision (thanks to the phone credit card services) and the branch took awhile again, but I got what I needed and left. It is clean, spacious and I probably won't be back unless I really have to because I think the people on the phone help you more and know more about their credit cards.

I also had them lock my interest rate, only to find out that they only locked what I had already took out and did not apply my locked rate for my Total approved loan amount. They basically partially locked my HELOC and put the majority of our loan into a high variable rate, without telling us. You might get an initial good rate with them, but what comes with their lack of transparency is not worth the problems.
