I don't want give this bank even a star , and I m sure all 5 star for this bank is fake reviews, they close people account with out any legal reason and just send a letter we closed you account because of deposit in ATM , ok do you have any legal documents regarding this deposit come from fraud!!! Any one can deposit in your account, family! In fact most our deposits came from another U.S. bank ! Hey all U.S. bank ! Update: so I went in the next day to make my deposit/payment and another really nice girl helped me out and I mentioned I wanted to speak to a manager if possible and she's super apologetic and asked me what it was regarding, so I tell her and all of a sudden lil miss braces comes busting out and starts arguing with me. Honestly I'm not even mad that she couldn't just make the deposit/payment quickly (I walked around Albertsons after she said they were closed and she was literally standing bored in the window as people were cleaning up. It's the fact that when I got a chance to talk to her the next day, she goes: "Did I tell you to wait in line" ummmm what?? I don't even know how to respond to that. I said all you had to do was tell me hey after this lady I'm out, but no, you let me stand in line, made eye contact with me and wasted my time She said something along the lines of ya it's not my responsibility to tell you anything, I've been working since 5:45 and this is where I was kindve rude and I said um not to be rude girl but I don't care what you got goin on, a simple courtesy hey please come back tmmrw would've been great. Also told her that actually, it IS her responsibility since she represents us bank. Can't even make this up. She looked like she wanted to square up She also mentioned that this branch does not have a manager until the 17th, maybe that's why she felt comfy wildin out lmao -I used to love coming to this branch inside Albertsons, the guy always helps me and is such a gentlemen and makes me love coming there. I came in tonight unaware of the time they closed (my bad) I was standing in line for a good like ten minutes behind this one lady so when I get to the front, the girl with the braces immediately goes: ya we open at 10 tmmrw. Like girl what??? U.S. Bank Branch - Just my luck, all I wanted to do was make a deposit - Banks & Credit Unions Near Me - Irvine, California

It's been a hot minute since I've actually had to go to a physical bank location for anything, but as far as I know this is still the only way to get a cashiers check. So, I found myself at this location, which is within Albertson's. Even though it's a weekend they had two tellers working so I was seen immediately. She was very friendly and quickly helped me with what I needed. They weren't wearing masks, but it's a thick plastic or glass barrier completely between the tellers and customers so I don't think that's a problem at all- and I'm insanely cautious about social distancing. It's hard finding a bank open on weekends so next time I find myself needing in-person banking services, I would absolutely return! read more

I use US Bank for personal use, and decided to go to them when I started a business. I am so glad I did! In general, the bank has excellent programs and many options. A big plus is that they are awarded for being one the most ethical companies, and truly seem to abide by that. Specifically for this branch, everyone has been very helpful and always have a smile. However, there are 2 people who stand out every time. Albert, had helped me time and time again and even came to my business to have me sign some papers to make it more convenient. I think he has since moved branches, but I still need to commend him for his excellent service and kindness. I have more recently been dealing with Alexa. SHE IS AMAZING!! These days, it's a rare find to have someone actually want to help you beyond their job description, but Alexa is consistently kind, helpful, patient, and genuine. This is something you definitely cannot teach! I wish more companies would hire people like her. Convenience: It's inside Albertson's and is opened until 7:00pm. Programs: Have many different kinds to help with people's situations at every level. Customer service: Extremely knowledgeable, super kind and wonderful! A+!! read more

HOW COULD THIS LOCATION NOT HAVE 5 STARS!?!?? This review is many, many years OVERDUE!!! I have come across so many AMAZING Employees and have had so many WONDERFUL experiences here- and this is a bank inside of a GROCERY STORE!!!! So let me start with my experience with Mr Eugene Lee... Mr Eugene Lee has got to be one of the KINDEST people I have EVER met. AND he works as a Personal Teller at US Bank! It doesn't matter what time of day I go in- or what day I go in- or how often I go in- he treats me & every Client like he's known us for many years. He makes me feel so comfortable. He remembers our last conversation. He is so gracious. There are just no words that I can describe the LEVEL of service this Man provides me and all the other Clients of US Bank, that I have been able to observe. He's incredible!! This particular branch is wonderful!!! It rivals my other favorite branch over at Newport Coast. No wait times, excellent morals for a Company, they TRULY respect and honor the Military, their hours are PHENOMENAL, there's simply nothing they wouldn't do for the Clients/Customers. Please give them a chance. I've tried out many banks & credit unions, and US Bank beats them all in service and products. I've been with US Bank for 12 years now. Hope you enjoy them as much as I do. Not helpful. Whatsoever. Rude staff(Alexa P). Don't even listen to your needs as a customer to the point where they're even sarcastic. I was charged overdraft fees wrongfully because of the delay that USBANK had on processing my transactions. I went to the branch thinking they would be more helpful than the customer care line. I was wrong. She just said the fees are as it is and that as a customer I should know how things work on my account. And that it's my account I should be aware of. Like I just explained to her that I have been wrongfully charged! I called the customer care number and they were able to listen to my issue and they solved it by reimbursing me. If they were able to see the mistake that was made, why wasn't the branch? Very unhelpful & I am just so disappointed in this branch. read more

I hate to give this review and hurt their almost impeccable 5 star rating but I have to do this for the horrible and humiliating experience we had with the so called assistant manager, J at this location. First of, Patti is AMAZING!!!! 5 stars to her, Mariam the and rest of the staff!! But it's another thing with this person J. I think he's new to this location. We were there to open a business account but the attitude that this person had and the way he put things across was intolerable. I understand that every bank has its own policies and regulations. But if regulations don't permit, there is a way of putting that across to the customer. He had a very bad attitude from the start. He looked like he wasn't interested in opening the account for us at all. He was telling us from the beginning that this cannot be opened even without trying. When we requested him to escalate the issue, he called for Patti and she clearly told him to call their back office because back office is the boss and that they shouldn't decide anything at the branch level without trying. Then he calls the back office and starts chatting with the guy like - "I know, I told them that, exactly, I knew this was not possible, blah blah.....". He just wanted us to hear his conversation with the back office and was trying to convey to us that he was right all through out. He was on the call for at least 10 mins with us sitting across the desk and repeating the same things over and over again in a callous attitude. That's when we decided to pick our stuff and walked out of the office. We then went to another US Bank location and the employee there was awesome! He explained to us the whole process and gave us different options as to how this could be done. I wish every banker knew how to deal with customers and show positive attitude. read more

Poor customer service at this branch. I'm a customer who tried to deposit a payroll check and they wouldn't put it through without placing a hold on it. I've deposited payroll checks, hold-free without any problem at other US Bank branches. Thankfully there are several in the Irvine area so ill never have to go to this one again! read more

They are thorough, friendly, and professional. And the hours and location are so convenient - inside Albertsons. They have earned out trust over and over again.
