Two staff members spent over 30 minutes trying to confirm my address, relying heavily on Google Maps imagery. Because the map showed a street view rather than clearly displaying the apartment complex, they concluded that my address was "incorrect." The issue is that my address is valid--it's a real apartment complex, and this could have been verified through more reliable internal systems or standard address verification tools. I felt like I was being investigated for a crime. Instead, I was left waiting while they conducted what felt like unnecessary research, only to reach an incorrect conclusion. This not only wasted my time but also showed a lack of familiarity with common address verification methods. Experiences like this make it clear why this branch struggles with customer satisfaction. Basic processes should be handled more efficiently and accurately, especially when customers are taking time out of their day to visit in person. However, setting up automatic payments is a nightmare. It never works, and by the time you realize the payment is late, they have already reported it to the credit bureau. Thank you, FPCU, for messing up my credit! I had a mortgage with another institution for about three years and never had a missed automatic payment.
