For new immigrants, this is a good bank. They have various programs that cater to new immigrants like no driver's license or SS card requirements on some accounts. So hey, if you don't need that type of service, go somewhere else. Can't comment on the safety deposit boxes since I read about the break in. Never had anything of extreme value around to warrant a safety deposit box. I thought in 2013, all accounts are just a number in the computer. I guess there are those that still hoard gold and cash like drug dealers, oh well. You learn something new everyday I guess.
