Beetroot, goat cheese, caramelized onion salad

This cafe is located a very short distance from the Old Town and high-density touristy area in Prague. It's a quaint restaurant in a really nice architectural situation (moss on walls, old feel - see photos). The menu changes weekly and focuses on smaller dishes such as soups, salads, and pasta, which we ordered one of each. I couldn't recommend this place purely off the food as I didn't find any of the entrees notable in terms of taste (all tasty but not amazing), but this was an enjoyable place to grab lunch because of the relaxing setting. They also serve coffee from a local roaster, and I thought it was okay but not great, and tea which tasted good and was presented well.

Great food with reasonable prices- we had spinach soup, the turkey sandwich and pork quesadilla. Very cute and quaint restaurant with great service and ambiance. An excellent location for lunch in Prague.

Awesome atmosphere, awesome staff, awesome food. Can't say enough great things about this place and what it has to offer. All around this cafe had great areas where you and your friends can take pictures. Staff spoke impeccable English and toilets were in pristine condition. Highly highly recommend!

A beautiful and hidden spot that you can use to escape from the hustle and bustle of the dense tourist areas. The cafe has an aesthetic charm to it and is a very very picturesque place. We came in here based on a friend's recommendation and we were very pleased. Servers speak great English!! Come in and relax after a long day of touring around.

What I love about Prague are the hidden cafés and restaurants in courtyards. Away from the tourist paths, cozy with an amazing ambience. My husband had a pivo and I had coffee and dessert. However, the food that the guest at the other tables had looked amazing! It's a great place to spend couple of hours.

We greatly enjoyed this slightly off the beaten path restaurant that had a shabby-chic private garden vibe. It has tables that can host larger groups as well as tables more designed for wine tasting. Some of the best service that we have experience in Prague. Prices were reasonable for the high quality food. Both my hubby and I would recommend and visit again. Especially if you need a break from the crowds of St Marks Square.

One of the rooms in the cafe. Beautifully decorated!

Beautiful, quiet atmosphere and great food. I made a reservation as I didn't know how crowded they would be, but I ended being alone in one of the dining rooms for most of my visit, which was really nice. The server was friendly, fast, and spoke excellent English (obviously not an expectation but really helpful). I got the bagel with smoked salmon from their breakfast menu and it was one of the best things I ate in two weeks in Prague. I definitely recommend this lovely place.

The French onion soup was incredible!

We all started off with drinks - I'm not a wine person, but the prosecco was delicious and a great wine. While I typically would subtract a star for slow service, as we had some issues with people receiving drinks and appetizers, we were a large group with only a couple members of the waitstaff taking care of us. Overall, I found them very effective. For the entrees, we were given the duck confit. WOW! So so good. It was tender and perfectly cooked, and served with pickled cabbage that complemented it perfectly. It also came with a few potato dumplings which in general are a bit heavy so I didn't finish those. We ended the night with a dessert selection where I along with most of my cohort went with the Misa dessert, a whipped cream-sponge cake filling surrounded by hardened chocolate. It was delicious, but quite rich and I struggled to finish. So, so good though. The rich history of the restaurant is also absolutely fascinating and I'll recommend this restaurant!

We wanted to grab breakfast before we were headed to the airport but didn't feel like eating too much. First, they have a high chair, a huge plus for us parents. I got the mascara-done caramel banana pancake, which the server told us was a popular item. My husband got the salmon with cream cheese, and he said that was amazing. So unlike other places that usually stack pancakes and then put the topping at the top, this each layer has the filling, so each layer of the salmon pancake has cream cheese and salmon. The mascarpone and banana was the same each layer, filled with banana and cream. Highly recommend this little gem if you are around the area.

I got the halloumi pancakes and a karak latte. It's obviously not fast food, but both food and drink came out in what seemed like a totally reasonable amount of time. The pancakes were very good and also seemed very healthy as far as pancakes go - everything was perfectly balanced. The halloumi and avocado as well as the hummus were layered in the stack so every bite had something in it. The karak latte was also very good with a smooth flavour. I appreciated that they could make it with alternative milk since most places I've been to that serve this will only do it with dairy. Would absolutely recommend for a fun, relaxed breakfast or lunch.
