Staff was amazing especially Antonio, he held onto some clothing and shoes for us while we ran a quick errand in a different part of town. I will be coming back to purchase more clothing, shoes, etc.

I was told when I made the return that all I'd need was my ID -- the store keeps the slip on file. When I gave my name and ID, the associate couldn't find my slip. Instead of continuing to look thoroughly, he accused me of already using the credit or that it wasn't in my name, suggesting I was trying to get over on the store. This was said in front of other customers, which left me feeling humiliated, disrespected, and singled out. I later found a picture of my slip and saw the store had made the error -- my name was written incorrectly on their end. Which was funny because I was told it was my fault and that in all the years the store had been operating, they had "never made a mistake." My name starts with an "S" why was there an "M" on the slip, I have no clue. Even after it was clear I was right, there was no apology or effort to make things right. In that moment, I did not feel I was given the same respect or fair treatment that another customer might have received. The entire interaction was unprofessional and extremely disappointing.

He did a full analysis on my feet and stride, and was super knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. I learned so much about what to look for in both running and cross-training shoes. He stuck with my style which is nothing too bright and more neutral and versatile. After tried on a few different pairs and even some insoles. I ended up leaving with a new pair of Brooks and some Karhus. Turns out I'd been wearing the wrong size shoe. To top off my purchase I got a pair of Feetures socks and let me say, they are great so far. My feet have never felt better during workouts. If you're serious about comfort, form, or just tired of guessing which shoes to buy, go get a fitting at Fleet Feet. Great price points! I love my entire purchase and really appreciate how personalize the experience was!

The people at Fleet Feet helped me figure this out. Both my husband and I wanted to get our feet analyzed. The process was quick and the guy who helped us, Nick, was super friendly and knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable but not pushy. My husband ended up buying a pair but they didn't have the size he wanted in stock so he bought online, while I purchased in store. They also offer other running essentials like socks, apparel, energy gels. You name it, they have it. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you're looking for quality shoes!

He brought that one out, but went back twice - unasked - for different sizes in that range to be sure of the best fit. Not a big deal? It is if your experience in that store has been like mine in the past, where the clerk isn't sure of the inventory or when they throw a couple of boxes your way and you're on your own.

I walked around in the shoes, sized myself up in the mirror. Eventually decided to get the shoes. I didn't price match, but seemed on par with Docs.
