We looked at about 5 in-home places, most were ok, some a little scary. My husband convinced me to take a look at this new larger center opening up. As soon as I toured I was convinced! I'm so glad we did! The teachers are wonderful and kind and really get to know your child. I loved getting pictures everyday through the brightwheel app. Weeks are themed like space, or family, or summer. There's a sizeable outdoor space for playing where they went outside multiple times a day. They make food for your child if you pay a few more bucks; breakfast, lunch and snack time. The facility is very clean. They have a few fun field trips throughout the year. They do a few special holiday events parents are invited to like an Easter egg hunt and a winter pageant. They have a few people come talk at the school about a few different professions. They do some special classes throughout the year like music classes or yoga. My son loved it. We loved it. In retrospect I'm glad we sent him to a bigger facility because he got to know so many people and friends throughout the years. It was good for his social development. Also they went all out for his graduation. Y'all did so much work. Love you guys! Will definitely send my next one.

But after having her there for the last two months before she starts TK in a couple of weeks, I can honestly say I couldn't have asked for a better experience. One thing I absolutely love is how organized and communicative they are. They use the Brightwheel app, which keeps parents updated throughout the day with photos, activities, and important information. As a mom, it gives me so much peace of mind to see what my daughter is doing at school and know she's happy and engaged. I'm also impressed with how well they plan their weekly lessons. The teachers make learning so much fun with creative, hands-on projects that allow the children to explore and really enjoy each subject. It's wonderful to see my daughter excited to tell me about what she learned each day. Another thing that stands out is that they are a bilingual preschool. They teach Mandarin through everyday activities and songs, and my daughter absolutely loves singing the Mandarin songs she learns at school. It's amazing to see how much she's picked up in such a short time. Most importantly, every teacher we've met has been so kind, patient, and caring. They truly make every child feel loved and supported. My daughter adores all of her teachers, and it makes me happy knowing she's been surrounded by such wonderful people. The school also provides a safe, nurturing, and fun environment, which is every parent's biggest priority. Knowing my daughter is happy and well cared for while she's there means so much to me. I'm a little sad that she'll be starting TK soon because she'll really going to miss everyone at Little Adventure Children Center. Especially going to miss teacher Katherine and teacher Linlin because they made these last couple of months such a positive and memorable experience for her. I highly recommend Little Adventure Children Center to any parent looking for a preschool. Their dedication to their students, caring teachers, engaging curriculum, and excellent communication truly go above and beyond. We're so grateful to have been part of their school, even if it was only for a short period of time.

Miss Janet is FANTASTIC, WONDERFUL, LOVING, INSPIRATIONAL and a LIFESAVOR!…read more Our Grandson has been attending Janet's Montessori since last September. It was a difficult transition for him since he had no formal schooling prior to this. In fact, this was his first separation being away from his parents. Miss Janet and her staff were patient, loving, nurturing and supportive. Here are a few things you should know if you're considering enrollment: 1) The children are constantly supervised in the house and schoolyard. The place is secured with an adult at all times. The backyard is set up with perfectly for the littles ones. Bright, colorful and cheery. 2) The school is sufficiently supplied with learning materials, and follows through with a structured program. They also have music, exercise classes and story time, learning songs, dance movements and educational sessions. 3) It is preferred if your child is potty-trained but if not, Miss Janet and Staff works with your child. Proof is with my Grandson!!! 4) They are taught to be responsible, listen to instructions and directions. Never saw a child out-of-line. Miss Janet is firm but does it with love and positive reinforcement. 5) If your child is a picky eater like ours, they'll learn to love the homemade meals prepared for by Miss Janet. The meals are healthy and has helped develop tastebuds. 6) Holidays and birthdays are always festive. Miss Janet even has programs set up for the Parents to enjoy including Graduation ceremonies. 7) I have come by to pick up our Grandson at lunchtime a number of times and the children are in TOTAL control. There's no yelling, screaming or disorder. 8) If there is an outbreak of illness, Miss Janet notifies the families and immediately sanitizes everything. For months, my Grandson cried in the mornings because he missed his parents, but there was Miss Janet, nurturing with her arms extended and he went right to her. She even came out of her house once morning because she heard him crying 2 houses away!! Miss Janet is an Angel and as a Grandmother, I wish somebody like her was around for my daughters at this age. She prepares them for TK & Kindergarten. How does she manage with 10-12 kids at a time?? I have no idea but she must be doing something right because whatever she does, IT WORKS!!! Our Grandson will be moving on to TK and I must say, it'll be sad to see him leave such a beautiful and intimate setting with filled with love. My wish is that another child may be as fortunate to be a student under Miss Janet's care. She's amazing and a great blessing to many children, parents AND Grandparents. If you're trying to find something more affordable, please keep in mind that old adage...."You get what you pay for"....and we got our monies worth and more from Miss Janet and her staff. They're worth every penny. Thank you to Miss Janet, for being such a special stepping stone for our Grandson! YOU and your fantastic staff made success happen for him. WE LOVE MISS JANET!!!

She has helped him build his skills in writing, drawing, and different subjects. My son comes home singing songs he's learned and utilizing skills he learned at school in the home setting, which is so rewarding. Miss Janet celebrates all of them throughout the school year and keeps great communication with the parents. Miss Janet also provides the kids healthy meals. My son is a picky eater but she's managed to feed him nutritious and veggie filled meals that my son absolutely loves! She has wonderful additional teachers that come by to assist and teach the kids as well. Miss Janet and her staff always demonstrate so much compassion and love for her students. Not only does she provide excellent care, she also engages in educational activities with them like learning abc's, numbers, how to spell their names, and memorizing addresses and phone numbers! I was so impressed when my daughter starting spelling her name on her own and I asked her who taught her, she said Auntie Linda! I also caught my daughter writing her name on her own as well...all taught by Linda. She was a tremendous help when it came to potty training and giving us tips and tricks. She provides meals and snacks for the toddlers, so you don't have to worry about packing food. She also gives you periodic updates and guides on your child milestones for their age which is extremely helpful as a first time parent. My favorite thing that Linda did was texting daily pictures of your child, I missed my daughter so much but it really helped that I could get picture updates of what she was doing throughout the day and the pictures were always full of big smiles! My daughter still talks about Auntie Linda and when she can go back to Auntie Linda's house. Sadly, we moved out of the area otherwise she would be caring for my infant son too.

Cindy came recommended from a friend and they also planned on brining their child during spring break as well. We toured the daycare on a weekend. From the beginning, Cindy was fast and communicative. The Daycare was small but it was very clean. No shoes inside, they provide all of the meals, they were understanding of my child's allergies, and most of all, Cindy made my daughter smile so much on her first day! Because it was short term, we paid a daily rate and felt the rate was very fair. Highly recommend this place! We feel great about having a flexible childcare option that is relatively close to us! Quick tip: You can block their drive way for pick up and drop offs. We only had to supply sheets and a blanket for her nap and water bottle. That's it!

It is going to be a big transition with her no longer going to Cindy regularly. Sending our first child to daycare was not an easy decision for us, as our families are used to helping each other out in babysitting and not sending our babies and toddlers to daycare, but it truly ended up being one of the best decisions we made for our daughter at an early age. Noticing her social skills and eagerness to interact with other kids both at daycare and in social settings has become very rewarding. Cindy has the character of someone who truly cares about the development and growth of children. I can recognize these habits she instills in her daycare, easily by observing her and the children when I picked up my daughter after work and simply talking to her for just 5-10min with updates on both my own daughter and the other kids she takes care of. Cindy was also so accommodating in adding extra days in we would need for babysitting, even in such short notice. She sent pictures every so often, and provided us with the daily routine of what our daughter did/learned on the days she attended. We appreciated her outdoor space for our daughter to get some sunlight and play, the friends that she made there, the year-round holiday activities she would prepare for the kids, and the bilingual dialogue that Cindy would use to expose the kids to more than just English. We are currently expecting our second child, and we would easily choose Cindy to be part of our lives again in babysitting and caring for our children when needed.

He loves the school as much as his sister did. Upgrades: The school has been upgraded a bit since my daughter was here which is fabulous. There's new play structures, new furniture, revolving imagination role play section, tons of new books and toys. Parent Involvement: The parents are just as involved as they were back in my daughter's village days too. It truly is just like having your friends watch your kid(s). Parents prep snacks, supervisor play areas and do projects. The creativity of parents is amazing - the help to come up with new snack ideas and projects is also amazing for those that aren't as creative. For snacks, the kids have had pancakes, DIY parfait cups, cold press juices and smoothies (made during project and tasted during snack time!)and delicious banana scones. Projects have been everything from cutting fruit for snacks to self portraits New "Friends": Our son refers to his classmates as his "best friends" and looks forward to seeing them every school day. He carried around his class photo pointing and telling us the names of each of his new friends. Field Trips: The monthly field trips are a great way to get out of the classroom. We've gone to the SF Zoo, a fire station, a rodeo, a pumpkin patch, the library, aquarium and even did a grocery store scavenger hunt! It's such a treat when the parents have just as much fun as the kiddos.
