They came out so wide and bulky, looking like the back of a damn Buick! Then when she tried to do hot stone massage I told her I didn't want that pedicure I just wanted the basic and she clearly didn't understand me and said no I do because I did your toenails ! They're rushing and have timers set to make sure they don't go over a certain time which is ridiculous since the whole experience is ruined by them rushing. I wasn't sure how to feel about this place at first. I have tried many other nail salons and always left disappointed. You walk in, and met with busy workers, working on their clients. Within 30 seconds i was asked what i wanted. You have to wash your hands first, and then i was guided to sit in a chair. I only waited about 15 mins (i had no appointment) and a gentlemen, Vin, asked what color. I wanted black gel, almond shaped. These are my real nails so i didn't want them cut down to the size the other two broke. He didn't try and coerce me into getting the tips, he listened and just said, okay. He was very gentle, making sure to not damage my real nails. He soaked my dip paint off, and actually pushed my cuticles down and trimmed them the right way. They get one star for sitting me relatively soon however that's where it ends. The nail tech (male) at the first table did a horrible job. I came in for a fill and was left with un even shaped nails. He worked rushed and when he painted my pinky nail I decided I didn't like the shade of pink it was so I changed the color. He seemed extremely annoyed and was rude. He continued to paint my nails to a different color, again all rushed and sloppy. At the end he could tell I was not happy and asked if I was ok! I didn't respond and was on a time crunch and wanted to leave at that point. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. I paid 45 for an ugly fill. read more

The number one thing I hate about Nail Salons are, When you go in with a friend and a Nail Tech Does your nails first then your friends ( or vise verse) when another tech is able to do your nails. I would think it is common courtesy to let the customer know that it will take a while to service the both of you at the same time. With that being said, the rest of my experience was bland. The tech cut my nails in an annoying shape, By annoying I mean I cannot wrap my head around why she cut my nails the way she did. I usually like my nails straight cut to avoid ingrown toe nails. She cut my nails into a round cut which really made me irritated because for me toenails take a long time to grow & in the back of my head I'm thinking, "Great, Now I have to grow this out again". My nails weren't throughly cleaned, and that "callus remover" is a complete joke, I just had an overall bad experience. Most likely wont go back to this place again. read more

Hannah did her manicure, and she did a fantastic job. Hannah took very good care of my girlfriends Hans and really expressed her talent through her work. David did the pedicure. Hannah is very unprofessional! I usually make an appt with Hailey but I had to do a walk-in this time. So, I ended up with Hannah because Hailey was off. I tell them I need a Fill, I sit down, wait on the nail tech. I wanted something simple, nothing too flamboyant or outrageous. Just some diamonds. First thing when she sits down, she starts shaving off all the acrylic til there's almost nothing left. She cuts my skin on both pinkys, she's rough, she's holding my fingers too tight and she's burning my fingers with the drill! She didn't hardly file or buff the nails. I didn't get any cuticle oil or washed my hands to get the dust off. Which, btw, was all over everything! She left balls of acrylic under my nails, the length of nails is off on both hands, the diamonds are not centered and they don't even match on both hands! I Always tip starting off with $20 then Depending on Service, I subtract. She was the WORST NAIL TECH I've ever had! However, yesterday I went in and there was a 30-minute wait which is not unusual, but I did not have the time to wait so I requested an appointment for today at 2:30 and it was put on the books. I show up for my appointment a few minutes early and I still was not seen until almost an hour later! When the manager came in she did not offer to make it right even though she had been called at 2:30 saying I was there for my appointment and when she came in she was working at the station next to me. I think it only professional to try to make it right to a long-term client when a mistake like this is made. What's the point of making appointments if they are not kept?
