Our 2016 2500 Dodge Ram Mega Cab went into "Limp Mode" just as we pulled into Custer, SD. This occurred on a Sunday afternoon which happened to be the day before the 4th of July Holiday as well. The following day as I prepared for a tow to the closest dealership which was about an hour away we made the call to Black Hills Towing. Not only did Jeff and his son answer their phones quickly on a holiday but they provided us with a very reasonable price. Jeff arrived on time at our hotel July 5th and loaded our truck onto his trailer and got us on the road to be first in line at the dealership. Jeff was very personal and made the one hour ride enjoyable. It was nice to chat with him and laugh even though our situation was not the best. Jeff was very knowledgeable about the area, the local mechanics, and answered all our questions. It was very obvious that me and my wife were in a vulnerable situation with limited options and Jeff treated us like he would family.
