This small boutique is behind Applebee's on Washington Road. It sits on the left next to the Chinese massage parlor. I was greeted quickly by the associate working. I gave them a head's up that I would be coming that day because I saw them post a beautiful distress denim skirt on Facebook and I actually bought that exact skirt. When you walk in the straight sizes are on the left and the plus sizes are on the right. The associate working explained this to me and the sales items were to the back. There is a dressing room in the back to the left. I did try the skirt on to make sure it fit properly and it did. Check out was a breeze. I was able to use a Yelp coupon for 20% off one single item. The associate thanked me for coming and told me to come back and I told her I definitely will be back. I can't wait to see what type of clothing they have for the cooler months. I really enjoyed shopping here!!!! I glad I was able to finally get to check them out. Even though I don't need any more clothes I can't wait to see what else I can add to my wardrobe!!!!

She was upfront from the beginning and told me she did not carry it but insisted I looked around. She was so nice and sweet I didn't have the heart to deny her. So I walked around. The store isn't super big maybe about 500 square feet. They have some pretty neat articles and Knick knacks for sale. It's not really my taste in clothing, but if something more boho chic is up your style, come here. I'm sure she will be more than happy to help you too!

I emailed Swank and they refused to give me a refund or even offer to replace it because it was longer than 2 weeks and suggested I file a claim with UPS. I said to them that they don't have to whisper. the were like we can't confirm this is the one you bought from here and that something could have been put in it!!!!!! really. The Mens area was terrible. There are so few workers here and the ones we talked to said "it is not my area". With three places to check out and the clerks very slow, you will wait over 30 minutes. Then while we waited, their systems went down. So you could not purchase anything. We were told to "just walk around for 30 minutes". Besides staff that were rude and a generally filthy store, the worst thing was walking to the restroom, you could smell it in a distance. This store is poorly managed and clearly the staff do not care. Crappy staff and restrooms.

Girls should not be made to feel that because they are not a size 2 or 4 that they are not as important or not treated the same as the girls who wear these smaller sizes. The mirrors and prom lighting are all located in the room with the smaller dresses, and the sales associates seem to cater to those who are in the 0 to size 10 dress area. This is insulting and perhaps Brittany's House of Elegance should have a class on etiquette and manners. I would not recommend this dress shop to anyone.
