The reps that answer the phone are untrained on simply giving billing explanation. We lived here for the first 2 years and did not get a consistent bill. They do not offer installment plans. This job was quite a challenge as it is a very old beach cottage. They gave honest advice and proposed a Fujitsu system with 5 units inside the house. They had challenges in getting this system installed, including going under a wet house to run the coolant lines to the opposite side of the house from the main outside unit. They did this job with great care (because of the old exterior), knowledge of the system, and professionalism of the installation. It is beautiful and has provided an extension of our season from early in the spring through to late fall. We are extremely happy. We thank them for their dedicated professionalism.

Compass Energy from Laurel De installed a new AC unit incorrectly causing water stains on two…read moredifferent ceilings. I had to file complaints with the BBB and the Business Consumer Alliance and the FTC Complaint Assistant and finally the Department Of Justice (Kent County) before the issue was resolved. It took multiple phone calls and emails and a total of 4 months to receive a check to cover the damage. My advice is to use another company if you need a new AC unit.
