I didn't have to look for the largest size in the entire store to maybe squeeze myself into an unflattering cut. 2. The racks are arranged neatly and the clearance section is well kept. So I wasn't brushing dirt off of everything I tried on. And if I liked a style I just went down the rack to find my size. 3. Nobody was hovering. There wasn't a crazed store associate looking like she would rip her own kidney out and sell it if only I promised to buy one outfit. (It's happened) 4. Despite the fact it's expensive the clothes are all well made. No cheap material. No random holes you don't see until you get it home. The quality matches the price. I'm tall with long arms and I've never been shorted in the sleeves like I have with other women's' brands. The clothes are comfortable and have nice styling details. I always get compliments because the clothes look effortless and classily distinctive, yet individualistic. They carry tonal colors in better fabrics. And now the downside: Their delivery service is the absolutely the very worst. An expensive blouse that I had been mulling over since I saw it in Nov '24, I ordered from the catalog in Jan. It didn't show up until the end of March. They seem to be selling clothes they do not have yet. So I had a phone discussion with a customer service rep to check the availability of clothing I wanted to order for my end of Mar trip and that order, because it was already in stock, showed up on time. So I thought the trick to getting a timely order was to order from what was already in their warehouse. Which is why I only shop their sale pages now. That stuff is already on the shelf it seems. The new stuff that seduces you in the catalog and online, once it gets there, it seems to go on sale in only a couple of weeks. The trick is to call customer service for your item's availability before you count on it for an event. Also, CWC does not email you about whether they have shipped. You have to go to your account page. I ordered 4 sale items 3 days ago and there's been no notifications yet. My account page says they shipped. Really? They used to be better. If they keep stiffing their customers though, they'll fold. I'll be sorry but it seems the only ones in CWC who knows what they're doing are the buyers selecting the styles, colors and fabrics. The business runners are lame as ****.
