We stayed last night. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The parking lot was lite at night and no one bothered us. We were on a motorcycle trip, so we were not looking for luxury, just clean and comfortable and we got it here. The water pressure was great it would nearly knock you down in the shower. DON'T! In my opinion, this place is a FILTHY SCAM. I was handed a key to a room, which, in my opinion, was VERY DIRTY and EXTREMELY SMELLY. I asked for another room, and, in my opinion, it was even DIRTIER and SMELLIER. Moreover, when I pulled back the sheets, I was concerned with what I saw. Scary! DON'T. In my opinion, the property is misrepresented by the photos on the web site. Also, in my opinion, the PERSONNEL are RUDE and should not be in the hospitality industry. DON'T. Some of the rooms open directly onto the parking lot, and, in my opinion, I would not feel safe in one of those rooms. In my opinion, NOT a good area! DON'T. This place is ran by scam artist and crooks. Everybody seems to be having the same experience with them. They overcharge customers for security deposits and then don't return the deposits at all. Whenever you call they're rude and hang up as soon as you mention "deposit". I've filled a complaint with the BBB and they stated that the refunded the money to my credit card. Filled a chargeback with my credit card company and Catoosa Inn provided a receipt and forged my signature saying I agreed to pay $180/night. They told BBB they refunded the money and then lied and told my bank I authorized a payment for more than 3x their daily rate. This business needs to be shut down immediately. They're right out stealing from the customers with not the slightest remorse. If have proof of everything, even a copy of the forged receipt so I'm going to suing them in court. read more

Love this place. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean as was the bed sheets and the bathroom. Our room has a huge bathroom, which is unusual for a hotel or inn. We stayed 2 days and were comfortable each night with light darkening curtains. It was quiet. The complementary breakfast includes waffles with cereal, yogurt, OJ, milk and coffee and tea. Toast, and sweet roll/donuts, etc. It's not a large place, but it's close to the Hard Rock Casino and if you drive about 3 miles north you'll find the Blue Whale. I would recommend it in a heart beat. read more

The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. A MAJOR issue is lack of safety plan and shelter for Tornado warnings. we were there during the Big tornado outbreak on 4/27/24. When I called front desk I asked where we go if the current tornado watch turned to a warning. I was told "stay in your room" I questioned their response because we were on the 2nd floor. They responsed, a chuckle and "You'll be safe." Thankfully the tornado watch did not turn into a full blown tornado warning. I feel this is unexceptionable. Very clean older space but great value, great customer service! The lady who checked us in recommended a great restaurant across the street from the hotel. It was a local hangout serving home style food. The room was nice and clean but the heater only heated up the bedroom. The bathroom was a little chilly but we just spread towels on the floor and it was good to go. Overall, I'd stay here again. read more

The perfect home base I had a lot of things to do in the Tulsa area, including trips to Stillwater and Talequaeh, so the Catoosa Inn was the perfect home base for me. It's right near the entrance to I-44 and I drove 400 miles in four days easily. Gilcrease Museum, Philbrook Museum, Cherokee Heritage Center, Hard Rock Casino, Woodie Guthrie Museum, etc. were easy to get to from here. Much to my surprise, I loved Tulsa. The family that runs the Catoosa Inn provided extra services for me when I got in late from the airport. The rooms were all new and clean. I had a frig and a microwave too. PS: KVOO, the Tulsa country music station, provided me with the best road-trip music ever. Who knew? read more

Service gets 0 stars. we didn't see a front desk employee for first two days On day 3, front desk girl yelled at me from the counter, she never used a inside voice and did not come out to talk to me , so of course I did not understand her, so she just kept yelling at me from the front desk. All because I was getting coffee in my own cup at a Nescafé machine that operates 24/7 without employee participation. 2. Safety 0 stars: Injury waiting to happen: shower curtain is insufficient, bathroom floor gets flooded, but can't find an employee to ask for more towels. 3. breakfast 0 stars Literally slices of Walmart bread with margarine and jelly, mini size honey buns, a waffle iron that will take off a hand, instant oatmeal, and that Nescafé machine. 4. Hotel was definitely not as advertised, furthermore, it is a MOTEL not a hotel (don't be confused by the website). They will run your card for the full amount upon check in, instead of a hold/deposit fee like every other hotel. After exploring the motel and my room, I immediately conveyed my disappointment, asked for a refund as I wanted to stay elsewhere (the extra $20 for a real hotel room is well worth it). They informed me they ran my card for the full amount and refused to give me a refund. I stayed elsewhere anyway and had to dispute the charge with my card company. Don't stay here. read more

Room is nice except for the dead beetle in the bathroom floor, smells good, and is clean. The big issue: A month ago I called to get an extra night because we wanted time to spend a night around Tulsa as we were going to be at Rocklahoma the other nights; the lady was very nice and even gave me the same room rate as the other nights which were booked in January through expedia. This evening we checked in and after I was given the total I asked if it was the same rate as the other nights since it seemed off. The man at the counter said, "no, I gave it to you at $80 since you called today to add a night." I explained to him that I did not call today and that I was supposed to receive the same rate as the other nights ($60), and he continued to insist that I had called today. I even showed him my phone's call log to prove that I had not called today and explained again I had called a month ago. He would only give me the night for $70 which was frustrating but what really made me mad was that he continued to act like and say that he was doing me a favor because I had called today which if today is April 25th then cool but it's not! We shall see how the rest of the trip goes... Update: good location, very comfy bed, great [shower] water pressure, good lighting, and great counter space in the bathroom; it was very easy to get ready. Did not try the free breakfast. There is a diner next to the hotel that has a $4 breakfast that my friend tried and said was excellent. Overall, Catoosa Inn & Suites is a good value, however, I would not return due to the customer service issues. I would give it a 3.5 if I could. read more

I've been twice and it was dirty there was hair in the sheets (and stains) ,hair all on the floor and when I let them know and asked for more sheets so I could have a clean bed to sleep in they (without even looking) told me there wasn't hair and that they couldn't do anything about it. This place is NASTY! The rooms smell like mildew and wet carpet. The floor looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in weeks. Our bed was made with DIRTY SHEETS AND BLANKETS. we called up to the front office and asked for new ones and the lady at the front desk told us no originally, and argued with us and that there was no one here to change the sheets for us. This place charged us an extra $250 for smoking in a room when we made it a point to walk out to our truck in the cold on my birthday weekend to smoke our cigarettes. I know its a bad habit but we went out of our way to be respectful of their property rules and they still charged us for something we did not do. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Really a nice place newly renovated hotel room was clean comfortable and the hotel staff was great! He came out side to show me the different places I could park my tour bus . The room was large and spacious I stay at hotels almost 300 nights a year and when he told me it was $77.00 plus tax over the phone I wasn't looking forward to seeing it!! But wow I wasn't ready for how nice the outside looks and at night with the blue lights on it really nice looking well lit parking lot clean too !! I would easily been ready to pay upwards of 120. Definitely a good hotel for an overnight stay because that seems like that's going to be as nice as they're going to be to you by day 2 there being complete rude jerks first problem is they knocked on my door and entered my room at 9 AM when checkout was at 11!!!! I have no understanding as to why they would do such a thing. BEWARE. Treated unbelievably badly. Stayed for two nights on a road trip asked for a late check out of one hour and was charged $30.00. Was happy to pay but then the woman working at the front desk (assuming family member of owner) was so unbelievably inappropriate that I actually filmed it because I do YouTube Karen videos. Search for Karen Catoosa Inn on YouTube before you stay here. Obviously there are cultural differences sometimes however she was the most rude, entitled and disrespectful hotel reception staff I have ever had the unfortunate experience of crossing paths with. She screamed at me and after paying for a late check out -she even called the cops and asked me to leave and refused to refund me. The cops were really cool they just left and didn't make me leave obviously because I even paid to Che k out late and she refused to refund me. So now she is on camera and will be all over YouTube and TikTok shortly being the "Karen" she is. She is literally on camera trying to assault/hit me. Not sure what things are like in other countries but this was not the American way. I stay in hotels for work regularly and gods honest truth this was the worst experience I have ever had. We were driving cross-country, and made our reservation online for Catoosa Inn and Suites, for a pet-friendly hotel with an available room that also accepted a credit card with a different name than the reservation (my spouse's name). This was confirmed, and advertised, and the reservation was made. When we entered Catoosa Inn and Suites at midnight, the employee was immediately extremely rude in tone, refused to make eye contact, and told us the reservation could not be completed because the name did not match on the credit card. My spouse politely informed the front desk clerk we had checked the box for *Credit card name not same as reservation, and that the confirmation had gone through. We offered to provide our reservation number. He insisted it didn't matter, and that the name had to match the card - easy solution - I offered to use my ID instead of my spouses, as it matches my credit card. He then said "ok, then no pet rooms available." Mind you he saw us initially walk in with our dog as we stood there discussing matching credit card to reservation name (dog room advertised online,confirmed as available). We asked about the refund process. he said we had to cancel online. As we began the process of doing this on our phone, he asked us to leave the building. It was now 12:30am, and we were standing in an empty hotel parking lot off the highway, minus $90. Luckily the La Quinta Inn across the street from Catoosa Inn went out of their way to provide a room for us and our dog by 1 AM. Not only that, the front desk employee was so helpful and kind. Excellent customer service, the young man Jay Patel (not sure if I'm spelling that right) was extremely helpful to me when I realized I had booked my room at their hotel for the wrong date. They were completely booked that night but he contacted another nearby hotel and secured a room of similar price and quality and insured that they would hold it for me while I drove over there given it was that Hotel's last room. The appearance of this hotel is deceiving. Within 30 minutes of checking in, we saw our first cockroach as it ran across the night stand. While quickly packing or things, we saw another in the bathroom. The front desk told us that they'd move us upstairs because they guaranteed that "roaches do not go upstairs!" They refused to refund because "it was an online reservation" and told us to contact "the online people" for refund. When we contacted hotels.com, they called the hotel, but Catoosa Inn refused our refund yet again "because we'd already checked in." Run from this nasty and dishonest business! read more
