My dad is one of 11 firefighters riding his bicycle from CA to NY for the 20th anniversary of 911. All the firefighters stayed at this hotel one night passing through. I wanted to surprise them with something to welcome them. I called to ask for a request and they didn't have what I wanted there but they gave me the managers number to call. I called her and she was amazing! I wanted to get the firefighters an ice cold beer when they got to the hotel after riding 123 miles that day. She told me she would go to the store and get them beer and limes and asked if there was anything else. I told her my dad had been wanting chocolates during the ride but wouldn't let me send them. So the manager for that as well and had the beer on ice waiting for them to arrive. The staff have them the biggest welcoming and cheered and clapped for them as they road up to the hotel. Their customer service is top notch! I appreciate everything they have done for the firefighters and especially my dad. They were all amazing and I highly recommend!

It is in a great location with plenty of restaurants and bars close by. The building was built in 1927. Yes I did say 1927. Ya know the year that Charles Lindbergh completed the first nonstop solo flight across the Atlantic. The same year that Babe Ruth hit 60 home runs in a single season. This building is a connection into history which is highlighted by its architectural and cultural value. Tulsa Club definitely attracts its fair share of visitors which is not surprising. The building is impressive. Lots of history with modern upgrades. It operates as a Hilton property under the Curio Collection which says a lot about the name. The staff is amazing. Daniel is polite, dedicated, reliable and very courteous. He will ensure that your stay exceeds all of your expectations. Pro tip: park in the garage and have direct access to the hotel from the garage. Plus save yourself a few $$$. If in the Tulsa area give Tulsa Club Hotel Curio Collection a try. I highly recommend it.

The interior design and general ambiance reflect a clear attention to detail, and it's evident that the hotel aims to provide a boutique experience. However, my experience was affected by noise issues during the night. Despite requesting a quiet room away from high-traffic areas when booking two weeks in advance, I was assigned a room directly across from the elevator. Unfortunately, the noise from guests talking and laughing in the hallway made it difficult to rest. When I brought this to the attention of the staff the following day, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked and that no alternative accommodations could be provided. While I appreciated the overall comfort and aesthetic of the property, I was disappointed by the lack of responsiveness to my room request and the limited effort to address the noise concern. With improved attention to guest preferences and noise management, Brut Hotel has the potential to offer a truly exceptional stay.

The receptionist again opened up the doors for me immediately. From there, you will go to the second floor, where the receptionist desk is to check in. Hotel staff is very friendly and offer recommendations if you ask. Complementary breakfast available. Eggs, sausage and/or bacon, waffles, English muffins, scones etc. My room was clean, had body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided. My room did not get completely dark, because my room backed up to the parking lot and restaurants behind the hotel, where there were some light poles. Though the curtains are blackout, the light still seeped in from the top of the curtains. I was still able to get sleep. I just would have preferred a darker room. My stay included Friday, the first Friday of the month is the art walk. There was some loud music playing, but it was not too bad and they did not go past 10 PM. Hotel is very convenient to restaurants, BOK, museums, etc. because the hotel is in Downtown, you can expect to see a few homeless people wandering around. You may get asked for money if you were out walking about. I was asked twice as I walked across the street to Sisserou's. During my stay, I also noticed the same homeless person hanging around in the garage. My stay was good. I would recommend the hotel.

I needed a desk to work and asked to switch rooms again, but was told no in a way that felt unwelcoming. Overall, not a great experience. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Hotel-Would you like someone to come look at the toilet- what seems to be the issue? Johanna Me-I'm surprised you asked. Most people would see the issue with either toilet. There are brown streaks and staining running down from under the rim, which is typically caused by mineral deposits, rust, or a toilet that hasn't been thoroughly cleaned. (1st room). There are brown scuff or scrape marks in the bottom of the bowl that make it look dirty, even if some of them are surface marks rather than waste. Overall, the toilet does not appear to meet the standard of cleanliness most guests reasonably expect when checking into a hotel room. (2nd toilet). I'm an "you ask" I will tell you kind of person. I should not have to explain what that picture is indicative of. But that is it. Have a good evening. Hotel-I do apologize for your inconvenience- we are just now seeing the pictures as they are coming through that you sent. That is the reason why I ask what was wrong with the toilet. I would be glad to have someone come and clean the toilet. Johanna Me-No thanks, I'd like to just rest. I'll follow up with a review. Upon arriving to our room, we noticed there were several sweet ants crawling on the night stand and on the floor to the entry of the bathroom. We went back to reception and they immediately changed our room. The room itself was very nice and comfortable. The pool was smaller, but nice. There was a sign up sheet for access to the pool and you had to request staff to let you into the pool area. They also never kept any towels in the pool so you had to walk to the makeshift lobby dripping wet to request a towel. The construction guys accidentally set off the fire alarm at 8am on Saturday. That's one way to wake up. The breakfast area has been moved in to the small gym space while renovating and there's hardly any room.
