I don't believe they have the heated seat feature as I couldn't find a switch. The way the seating is designed is perfect so you aren't disturbed when someone gets up during the movie. There is enough area to walk through and you don't have to put your feet down on the recliner. Also, there's a high wall built up so you don't have to see anyone looking over it at you from another row. If they're sitting too high, you cannot see them so no view obstruction. The popcorn was delicious. We put plenty of butter on the popcorn and they have a little salt shaker so you can add your own salt. The Coke tasted very fresh. I absolutely love the movie that was just the icing on the cake.

We don't go here often since we…read morehave Regal Unlimited but been a rewards club member give us a free ticket every month which I don't think is worth it what you pay for just one ticket a month because if you pay 2 months for 2 tickets is the same I pay at Regal for one month but I could watch 30 movies if wanted it. But we keep it cus is our closest theatre. Today we went to see the Breadwinner after 3 months and going up to our seats there was a huge mess of Popcorn on the steps, everyone just stepping on it. A few moments later a crew member comes to deliver some food and drops a large drink right on top of the mess, he just pick up the paper cup and leaves . Now there's a pile of popcorn and ice cubes on the way up. He never came back to clean it. People were just going around it trying to avoid it. It was disgusting. Another team member came to deliver food and I asked him if some one was going to come and clean and he said yes but no one came. I went out to order food before the movie started and I saw another employee who asked me if everything was fine and I told her about the mess right on the stairs everyone was stepping on and was a safety hazard and she just said "thanks for letting me know" But I saw later after the movie with the mess still there that she was a bartender so couldn't care less about the safety of the patrons as long as she was just making them drunk. I might just cancel my membership since they don't care and we don't really go here often The seats leather like smelled like sweat and it was just an uncomfortable experience. Employees here suck.!

Recently came here to watch 'Project Hail Mary' in IMAX 70mm. This would be my second time watching this movie in the theater, but I wanted to watch it on this big screen. And I believe this location has a legit IMAX (1.43:1 aspect ratio) screen. There's only a few of these screens in all of Southern California. So glad I woke up early went to the early showing where there were still quite a bit of available seats. Project Hail Mary is a movie that was meant to be seen on as big a screen as possible. The ordering process and the check-in process was easy. The people here are very very friendly.

They offered refunds for tickets and ticket passes for the next Regal visit. There was zero organization nor informative updates from any of the employees onsite. Many people were left confused and angry when they came to realize that the movie they were waiting for will not be played. There should have been enough foresight to send out an update via text/email/pigeon so people who were coming from near or far would know to not show up. This was truly the most disappointing movie theater experience I've ever had. I would never recommend this theater to anyone.

The folks working the concession stands are friendly and efficient, and I don't think I've ever had a bad interaction with anyone working there. They do a really solid job handling the crowds and making sure you have what you need before the trailers start. I'd give it a perfect rating, but I have to knock it down to four stars because the cleanliness just isn't always there. It feels like they rush the turnaround times between showings, so it's pretty common to walk into a theater and find sticky floors or leftover popcorn and trash from the previous crowd. The popcorn station had the butter bar, but they didn't have the flavor shakers like some other theaters have, which was a bit surprising. Theater seats were reasonable and fairly comfortable. They weren't the recliner ones we hope for, but it worked out. Restrooms are clean and lots of parking available.
