I wasn't gonna complain about it because I was here by myself. My wife wasn't with me if my wife was with me I would've cancel the reservation because of it darkness of the room and the unkept furniture uncut bathroom. Everything about it was bad. The breakfast buffet was really not a breakfast buffet at all when they only serve hard boiled eggs and toast. That's pretty lame. The parking lot wasn't plowed. It was a dangerous place to walk, especially for elderly or handicap people. This hotel is aligned with an Airbnb so just be warned that the AirBnB it's not a great place to stay and they share the same free breakfast which really isn't a free breakfast all they have there is hard-boiled eggs bread that you toast yourself and for coffee, they have hot water and instant coffee not a great place to stay at all. I would not recommend it if you're staying there with family if you're staying there by yourself and can deal with the poor conditions different the room was warm and the bed was comfortable. That's all I can say good about it and Nick at the front desk was a wonderful gentleman. Very nice.

Lobby, elevator & hallways - Outdated and neglected in every way possible. Room - Blood stains on duvet, one bath towel, one hand towel and washcloth, insufficient and cheap brand toiletries, old and peeling décor and carpeting throughout, evidence of current and past water damage, carpet saturated in water by AC, unusable power sockets, no coffee maker, no ice bag in bucket, insufficient towels, cigarette burns on bath. It didn't appear uncleaned but also didn't appear thorough. There's a skeleton staff of family members as employees and they live on property. Breakfast - Self service was not permitted, which we've never seen or experienced ever before, and required to get a breakfast coupon from reception. A staff member grabs everything because the area is blocked off. Extremely limited offerings (3) and we saw nothing beyond sugar filled carbs. Not even a yogurt, fruit or at least one alternative option, so we didn't bother beyond (requesting) coffee. Overall, this franchisee has spent $0 on improvements, staffing, operations or essentially anything. There's only certain reasons to stay here, either the price or its location.
