She came, met with my wife and my 3 bully breed dogs. They are scary looking but are sweet hearts. Irene was comfortable with dogs and dogs were comfortable with Irene. She came by house 3 times a day to walk and feed them. She hung out with them so they wouldn't be alone all day long. She even FaceTime my wife while she was with them to give a check in. She was there on the date and time agreed and sent me two beautiful pictures of my boy leaving the pet boarding and secured in the backseat of the car. He was safely moved with his bed and belongings and arrived happy and well. We are happy with the service and recommend this business. My only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that Alice advised that she would need someone to get my dog from the car rather than her taking the pup inside, which caused a bit of confusion on the delivery end, as in their experience pet taxis drivers would bring the dogs in.
