However, to save money they have chosen to use propane canons to ward off birds instead of using netting like other vineyards. At least 30 to 40 families in close proximity have to deal with this noise nuisance for months until harvest lasting from sun up to sunset every day. After many complaints over the years, they made a valient effort last year to keep the noise down. This year, they're back at it. So enjoy your cheap wine (selling for $50 a case) at our expense including children and pets who are disturbed daily until harvest.

Wine tasting fees are addl around $35-40 per person. Our last winery visited Paul helped us to get TSA approved shipping boxes which wine got home safely! Wish we could've stayed longer at Buena Vista and Sangiacomo. Was able to contact W.C.W.T. and schedule a trip for two on relatively short notice. All the pricing is on the web site and Fred the owner and driver can and will accommodate most requests. For example, we wanted more wineries rather than the cannabis tours, this is no problem at all. Having said that we did a brief stop at the Santa Rosa OganiCann just to check it out and indeed it is impressive even if you have been into other dispensaries. I am told it is the largest in Northern CA and I believe it. We then moved on to Healdsburg where Fred phoned in an order of sandwiches for us to pick up at the Oakville Market. From there with our lunch we continued on to Dry Creek and had a wonderful lunch with wine at the beautiful Ferrari-Carano Winery. We continued on to beautiful Sonoma Lake and had tasting at two additional wineries that we requested (Fred suggest Ferrari-Carano to his credit). Fred is professional, hospitable, and is very knowledgeable about the Sonoma Wine/Cannabis culture. His main vehicle is a Ford Flex Wagon that can accommodate up to six (five seems more comfortable). The vehicle is very clean and Fred will provide water and power for cell devices if need be. However, I would note that as you get up into some or the wineries a bit off the beaten track there is no cell service. Fred told me if you have a large group he has access to the larger and more van like vehicles on advanced request. Great trip to Sonoma and will return for sure.

They had a really great pricing deal when multiples of certain wines were purchased, I ended up leaving with 6 bottles. They do offer food pairings which looked amazing, but we didn't book that experience. This is a nice spot to visit if you're in the area. The winery is kid and dog friendly.
