I also eventually changed my mind that red wine can be good:) We were seated indoors and Edd gave us the rundown of what we'd be tasting for the afternoon complete with stories and lots of fun facts. (I now look at any bottles that say "cold pressed" with some light skepticism since it's clearly only written there for marketing purposes!) We ordered a selection of the panini sandwiches, the burrata and butternut squash salad, and the charcuterie board. The fire cheese was delicious and the spread was perfect. Throughout lunch, Edd brought us different wines to taste and by the end we were most definitely sold on the Stone Soup (the red version). The olive oil tasting was so much fun. First of all the bread was so delicious. And then we tasted about 15 (?) different olive oils or vinegars. The raspberry, lemon, and garlic ones were clear favorites. My personal favorites were the garlic and sage. Even though it was a bit of a rainy & cloudy day, the views from the patio were beautiful. We finished our wine out by the fire pit outside, and now I really need to come back during the summertime when the skies are more clear for the full experience. I left with lots of olive oil and great Christmas gifts for the family. The four piece olive oil sets are perfect for that and I brought one home for my family and we did our own inspired mini taste testing (I still miss Trattore's bread tho). 10/10 recommend and yes I definitely want to come back for the summer views and this pizza oven I keep reading in all the other reviews:))

They are prepared w/ a Luxury black shuttle van. Paul (our driver) was so informative and so knowledgeable about the Sonoma and Napa History. I appreciate how they already had an itinerary planned out for the day. We visited 4 wineries which one had a wonderful farm to table lunch waiting for us (which this was included in ticket price) Each winery visited made us feel at home/great stories/great people and great wine waiting for us upon arrival! Wine tasting fees are addl around $35-40 per person. Our last winery visited Paul helped us to get TSA approved shipping boxes which wine got home safely! Wish we could've stayed longer at Buena Vista and Sangiacomo. Would highly recommend wine trolley/bus tour and felt ticket price was reasonable for having great service/knowledgeable driver/lunch for an all day tour.

We were all laughing and have such a great time together! Our guide Paul was hilarious and had lots of great knowledge of the area. Everyone is small business owned at the places we stopped at and also felt very natural and warm. The interactions with everyone was fun and I definitely got some wine knowledge too! We stoped at four places. One beautiful vineyar with spectacular views, a food terrace and wine tasting area, a winery and makery, and another wine tasting bar. Was able to contact W.C.W.T. and schedule a trip for two on relatively short notice. All the pricing is on the web site and Fred the owner and driver can and will accommodate most requests. For example, we wanted more wineries rather than the cannabis tours, this is no problem at all. Having said that we did a brief stop at the Santa Rosa OganiCann just to check it out and indeed it is impressive even if you have been into other dispensaries. I am told it is the largest in Northern CA and I believe it. We then moved on to Healdsburg where Fred phoned in an order of sandwiches for us to pick up at the Oakville Market. From there with our lunch we continued on to Dry Creek and had a wonderful lunch with wine at the beautiful Ferrari-Carano Winery. We continued on to beautiful Sonoma Lake and had tasting at two additional wineries that we requested (Fred suggest Ferrari-Carano to his credit). Fred is professional, hospitable, and is very knowledgeable about the Sonoma Wine/Cannabis culture. His main vehicle is a Ford Flex Wagon that can accommodate up to six (five seems more comfortable). The vehicle is very clean and Fred will provide water and power for cell devices if need be. However, I would note that as you get up into some or the wineries a bit off the beaten track there is no cell service. Fred told me if you have a large group he has access to the larger and more van like vehicles on advanced request. Great trip to Sonoma and will return for sure.

I got there and saw a sign that said "Appointments Required" which almost turned me away but I decided to drive down the dirt road since the gates were open anyways. I arrived at the tasting room which was quite nice looking. After walking up to the counter the staffmember I talked to apologized for not having their private chef there but gave me the rundown of their offerings. The tasting price was unexpected but I guess I'm just used to how things were in the early 2000s when tastings in Sonoma were a lot more casual. I decided to just dive in and got two bottles to go. I think this place is more of a destination than I expected, which is cool, it was very much a nice spot to visit. I'll probably come back in the summer to get the full experience.

He told me to give him an hour and he would call me back. Within 20 minutes he had everything lined up, asked for our lunch order and said he would pick us up at 9:30 to start our day!
