I had spoken with Julio in October of 2024 and he was booked and couldn't do anything until mid 2025. I contacted him in July and we decided to do the job in late August. After a few rain delays his crew showed up on time and went right to work. They were able to strip off the old roof, re-sheet with OSB and seal the roof on day 1. The inspector came first thing the following morning and signed off on yesterdays work. Julio and the crew came and hour later and were able to finish the job the same day. I really thought this was going to be a 3 day job. They were prompt, tidy (they cleaned up every day), worked as a team. I was impressed! On time and on budget.
