Worst experience I've ever had at the Chrysler dealership on Farmington Hills at W. 10 Mile Road…read more I brought my vehicle to this dealership multiple times for an ongoing water leak on the driver's side. During the first visit, they replaced the door seal and told me the leak had been fixed. Unfortunately, after a few months, the leak returned every time it rained. When I took the vehicle back, I was initially given a hard time because my warranty had expired. After I contacted Stellantis Customer Care, they approved the repair, and the dealership kept my vehicle for 10 days. When I picked up my vehicle, I was shocked by the quality of the work. They had applied glue all over the door in a very sloppy manner and added foam tape along the top. It looked completely unprofessional. The very next day, it rained, and the driver's side was filled with water again. The original problem had not been fixed. I contacted the dealership, and the manager told me there wasn't much they could do and instructed me to take the vehicle to their collision shop in Walled Lake. I went there, but after inspecting the repairs, the collision shop manager told me they would not touch the vehicle because of the poor workmanship from the Farmington Hills dealership. I immediately called the dealership manager, explained what the collision shop manager had told me, and even texted him the collision manager's business card so they could speak directly. He told me he would reach out to the collision shop manager and get back to me. I never received a follow-up call, text, or any update. When I contacted him again, I was told there was still nothing they could do except remove the glue and that I would have to take my vehicle somewhere else for repairs. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected professional repairs, especially after Stellantis Customer Care approved the repair, but instead I received poor workmanship, no lasting solution, poor communication, and no accountability. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

When I called Joe, he immediately gained my trust, and proved that he was clearly worthy. He got the job done in less than 24 hours. I am now driving around in my beautiful brand new black on black Buick Envision Avenir, and loving every minute of it! Joseph Wendt is THE MAN! He's truly a professional! Also big ups and kudos to the Finance Manager, Dennis! They both took all the time I needed to explain anything I didn't understand no matter how elementary it seemed. In a few years from now, I hope both of these guys are still in the business so i can purchase my next car from them!

I purchased a used, foreign car from MAG a little over 2 years ago and I haven't had one issue…read moresince. The car was 4 years old with 80K miles at the time of purchase. It now has closer to 87K miles on it seeing as that I only use it as a second car for light errands and city driving. The car was and is still in excellent condition. The price was very reasonable and below market rate. No shady salesman or unnecessary upselling. I would definitely go back in the future.

I sat and sat and Lou walked by me several times with no acknowledgment whatsoever. He was still helping a customer which is understandable however I am there to test drive a vehicle I just need a set of keys and yet you ignored me for 30 mins and never said "I will be right with you". Once I found carvana and got a price, I wasn't going bother with anything else. I filled out all the forms and paperwork online, and setup a date the day after I picked up my new car. They arrived in the window given after calling the morning of and i had a check and my car was towed away a few hours later. The process was truly amazing and easy. Of course you need to be honest about your vehicle, which I was, and everything was as easy as possible.
