They figured out and fixed what was wrong with our tire wear while we waited. Fast, efficient, friendly & knowledgeable staff!!!

I called to see how to get my mom's car in to have it checked. I was told it's first come, first served. I'm in to visit my mom from Texas and it's still a 45 minute drive to get to this station. I got there at 6:15 so I'd be sure to be early. The manager got there at 6:30 and still couldn't manage to get the doors open until 7:10, I was first to go in and I told them I just needed everything checked so I know my mom is safe driving. I was asked, "Are you leaving it with us?" I said no, "I called to make sure I could wait and it was actually suggested that I wait." Then I was told, "Well I don't alignments until 8." (I'm wasn't even sure it needed an alignment, so I don't know how they did!?) That's all he said and walked off. By then, they had every bay full of cars that came after me. I got his attention and asked if he was even going to look at it until 8, he wobbled off and said, "Naw, probably not." So, I just drove to another tire service station in town that opened at 8. Much better choice!! These "professionals" weren't friendly or helpful at all. read more

Had a low tire on my Tesla on a trip from Santa Fe back to Arkansas. Stopped over in Weatherford and the tire continued to lose air. Call these folks and they got us right in. Jeff was just outstanding. Even though it was near closing, within 30 minutes, he stayed late to fix our tire and did an excellent job and smiled the whole time. I just don't think I've had better service. Highly recommend him. read more

Had tire problems on our cross country drive and pulled over to this mechanic shop. Had a great experience with Cale, who was able to look at our car right away despite the shop being very busy. They identified and solved the problem that three other shops previously never found, ultimately fixing the tire problems we had had for the past few days. Pricing was reasonable; around $70 for tire pressure sensor replacement. Very helpful and efficient staff. Open reasonably late which is an added bonus. read more

Had to go back 3 different times and paid over $400 for squeaky brakes. they changed my front brakes and charged me 200 for it when it was the back brakes that were bad! And did not make good on mistake. Would not even acknowledge they did me wrong!! Will absolutely never go back again! read more

This is for the Caulkins Conoco Service center. I had been going through this town to see a graduation of a friend of my wife and I and when we left the SWOSU graduation our air had stopped working, so I decided to come here and see if anything could be done. To make a long story short my wife and I were in the waiting area and their A/C technician came to me and told me that I would need a new compressor and that it would be 1100 and I could leave my car for Monday. Of course I was leaving that Saturday though and was wise enough not to take this deal. Driving home the A/C kicks on out of no where and has been working ever since and we ended up finding out that we needed a new clutch to the compressor. So 200 vs 1100. read more

We broke down just west of Weatherford with an overheating engine and coolant leaking out from underneath the car. Caulkins' Conoco was the spot the state trooper who stopped to help us chose to call. They cheerfully agreed to take a look (on a Saturday afternoon), and once we got the car there, they worked us in and fixed the car by 5pm! Very thankful to get back on the road the same day and not have to spend a couple of days in a hotel waiting for Monday morning. I have never seen hustle and service like I did today at Caulkins Conoco. One of our tires picked up a nail or something and the console began reporting 29psi, 28psi, 27psi, etc. This is not a good thing. We pulled into Caulkins. I disembarked for the dispatcher while my buddy parked the car in front of the least-occupied bay. I spoke with Alan about getting the tire fixed, remarking that they looked very busy. "Nope, we can get to it right away," says he. He returns 30 seconds later to report, "Heck, they'd already started on it before I got there." In less time than I could find a place to sit and open email on my cell phone, Alan returned with a $15 ticket saying, "Ready to go!". In and out in way less than 20 minutes, perhaps 10. I can't say enough nice things about Caulkins Conoco, Alan the jack of many trades, and their service staff. read more

I was traveling from Az to Ga to bring my son his car who is currently in the Air Force there. Unfortunately we ran into some auto repair needs and needed immediate repairs, when I arrived first thing on a Saturday morning to have it get repaired, Lee greeted me and after discussing my car repair I explained to him I needed to get back on the road ASAP and within an hour and a half Lee and the rest of the Conoco staff had my car back up and working great! Very, very, very expensive. I went here for A little over a year. The service is slow when you need something done to your car. I owned my own company which involved driving a lot 200-300 miles a day so you can imagine I needed tires, oil changes, brakes, ujoints. Most every time I went there my vehicle took 1-3 days. It was always pricey but I didn't know any better. I just thought it was normal. Then one glorious day I needed new new u joints and a wheel bearing put in and caulkins was packed. I drove down the road to southwest tire. I went in and told him what was wrong and waited to hear it was going to take two days like normal. I asked him how long it would take as I cringed. He told me an hour to an hour and a half. Shocked I left and when I came back I looked at the bill and it was less than half of what caulkins charged me and it only took them hours and not days. I haven't been back to caulkins conoco since and I won't go back ever again. Steer clear of this place! read more
