I've been using these guys for just car washes in the past few years--will admit that I'm absolutely terrible about keeping up with them but am always pleased with how they do. This last time when I mentioned to Christine that I hated the awful fading on my white Toyota and was thinking about getting it painted, she said I should give them a shot to buff it & it would probably bring back a lot of the shine. My car is a 2013-see the pictures I've added--the first one in the shade is from the day I bought the car almost new in early 2014. The second one is after Causeway car wash buffed & waxed it for FOUR HOURS--not an easy job but absolutely well worth the $133 before tip that I paid. Sorry to say that this place really disappointed me this time. I have relied on them for several years to thoroughly clean and wax my cars and they have done a great job. After my recent visit I noticed that the inside had barely been cleaned and the dash was covered with dust. The car was clean outside but the waxing was not thorough. The bumpers were not clean and there was still glue on the rear bumper where a bumper sticker had been recently removed. With tip, this cost me $63. Don't know if the place has changed hands recently. It was up for sale for a long time and the "for sale" sign has come down now. read more

On my way back from Causeway Beach I pulled into the causeway beach wash I pulled into a stall noticed that it needed quarters. So I figured I would need many quarters so I used the quarter dispenser next to the office doors. I put a $10 bill in because that's all I had the machine struggled to give me quarters and eventually only spit out $2.25 Worth of quarters so I tried the other quarter machine on the left side of the office store and got 1 quarter for one dollar. I was so upset that I just got in my car and left. No one's available at the facility no way to reach management no way to get a refund no way I'm ever going back to this place spare yourself any kind of grief there's so many car washes in the area choose another one that looks like it actually has a human being working the car wash site read more

A hand car wash for $10 is un heard of but not in Dunedin- each time I'm there Christine always makes sure you and your car are completely satisfied- they listen to the customer for special requests and my cars are always done nicely read more

My sister gave me a gift certificate. I used it on my 2004 Dodge Durango (now deceased.) :-( The family owned business turned it into a new ride! I was shocked and even more in love with my Tri Crew Ride! It did take half a day but it was so worth it. I dropped it off and went across Dunedin Causeway to Frenchie's Outpost Tiki Bar and chilled! Everything handworked, my interior was prestine, my extreior had a diamond shine! The rims sparkled! I collected a sand pit in my car due to Triathlons and training on the beach. All sand gone! Oh, they are about 1.5 miles from my house! Sweeet! So now, I downsized with my GMC Terrain. Oh, yes, "Teri" gets her Spa Days here! read more

So today I see the new owner that bought this place and complained to him that I have lost money and many items are broken. He didn't seem to care and has no number posted for a refund but yet pulled a wad of cash out of his pocket. He never offered a refund. I'm Never going there again. read more

These folks did a great job inside and out. Very reasonable price at $25 for the full deal. (tipped them another 10 because of the quality of the cleaning) Needed to get the rental car back the way I got it. Might take my own car there LOL. read more

Anne H. I have been coming to Causeway Beach Wash for over 2 years. Only once was I disappointed but never complained. I think they do a great job inside and out. The staff and Christine are top notch folks. I make it a point to tip the fellows who work so hard and they appreciate it. I just took it in today 3/7/2019 and couldn't get there fast enough with all the darn pollen all over the car. It looks absolutely new!!! Hopefully they stay there a long time. I used another car wash once on Main St and there is no comparison. My wheels and hub caps are always done the way they should be done. Some places may be bigger but the personalized service here can't be beat. read more

At Your Own Risk I took my 2010 mini cooper convertible for a wash and wax on 5/30. When I picked it up several hours later, almost the entire top of the back windshield was unglued. I was told my car was old - I should have let them know to be careful with the top - they were not responsible for what happened. read more

Huge bays. Since we came down from Iowa we needed to get the salt and grit off my truck. Headed here. It did the trick. It is hard to get that junk off a car so we should have taken a mit to wash it down. There is an ice machine outside, $2.50 for 10lb bag. (Probably for the people going to the beach, smart!) There was also a bay outside which I think was to be used as a dog wash. The ice machine also had a water filler so bring your gallon jugs and fill for 30 cents. Cheaper than Walmart. There is a detail shop out back. There is an auto bay on one end. The only downer was the bays are run off of coins. If they would switch over to accepting cards I believe they would find they would make more money. We would return. read more

Just had my first car wash and detail and my car looks new. It isn't cheap but you pay for what you get. I would definitely return. It does take a long time if you get full detail so plan on leaving your vehicle. read more

I love this car wash! Every time I take my car there they make it look like a brand new car. Today I had them clean the back seat because a muddy dog made it filthy. The seat looks brand new!!! Not only did they remove the stain AND smell, the also removed a grease stain from over 1 year ago. I prefer to drop my car off to the Causeway Beach Wash and exercise while they clean it. Saturday's are very popular and there may be a line ahead of you. read more

I'm spoiled and usually have a family member hand wash my car for me so I was hesitant to take it to a car wash. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience! I've been going here for awhile and had 3 to 4 star experiences. Today though, they pissed me off. If I'd never been here, and I based this review off today alone, definitely a zero would be given if it were possible. I pull in and two cars are ahead of me. I tell the guy I want the wash and hand wax. As I pay him I tell him I'm gonna go across the street to Frenchy's, and I ask how long will it take. He says about 45 minutes. So I walk across the street and have lunch. When I walk back I notice my car is in the same spot in line, but there are two different cars in front of me. The guy waves me down and says I didn't give him the keys so they couldn't move it. They'd been having to drive around it. He says he went over to Frenchy's to find me but couldn't. Frenchy's isn't that big, and I was sitting at the bar, right in the middle of the place, and there were only three people at it. Plus I'm pretty recognizable at 6"5" 350 lbs. Now I'm willing to take some of the blame here. I did walk off with keys, but if he'd asked me for them to begin with, I wouldn't have walked off with them. But now here's the part that pissed me off. Instead of just leaving my car in line where it was, they drove it around to the back of the line putting me seven cars back. Are you kidding me?!?! You're going to punish me or something for forgetting to leave my keys with you. I should have said something then, but I was a bit embarrassed for walking off with the keys in the first place, so I just waited. What was quoted to take approximately 45 minutes now took 2 and a half hours. I'm finding a new car wash. read more

Horrible place! After scrubbing down our car with soap, the sprayer lost pressure and came out as a dribble. Had to keep putting money in to rinse the soap off. Never going back. read more

Went in there today, early in the AM (Mothers Day). 6 guys standing around with nothing to do. I had a same compact. Opted for the $39.99 "deal", since the kid who was apparently in charge wouldn't sell me the $89.99 package (he said I needed to have an appointment for that - SERIOUSLY ? ). Long story short, they didn't Armor All the dash or clean the steering wheel. The Gas port was filthy and they neglected to clean the leaves from the wiper blades area. All I got from the kid in charge was ; "that comes with the $89.99 special (which they didn't want to sell me. Terrible customer service ! read more
