Great value along with personal service afterwards. Very nice touch. Vacuum's are the best in Dunedin.

I happened to be in the area when I searched Yelp for a car wash. I chose Earthwash because of its…read morereviews. It's a quaint little car wash, with two sides for servicing, and the entire wash is the size of a Checkers restaurant. They have different levels of washes, and the most expensive is $10. You drive your car through the hall, sit and wait while it does its thing, and you pull out either on to the street or to the size, where there are some vacuums. There was a very friendly worker who helped me with the payment machine and discussed some details about the business. He also handed me a dashboard wet wipe, which is something you can use to clean the inside of your car while you wait. The vacuums are quarter operated. It's $1.50 for 5 minutes. I was looking around for a quarter changing machine, but I did not find one. Luckily I had enough for one session, and that's all I needed to do the floors of my car. The car was is brushless, which wasn't the best route to go with all of the pollen on my car. If your car is very dirty, I wouldn't recommend this wash. If you are here just for a maintenance wash, this is where you can go on the cheap. There is also a pressure washing station on the other side of the lot. I could have used that to wash my car, but I didn't have any more quarters on me. For the price, Earthwash is a nice place to clean your car. Don't expect it to cut through thick dirt, but it will give your vehicle a nice shine for a nice price.

From the greeters at the check in station, all the way to what they offer in the vacuum and wipe down area, it's just excellence! Even the customer bathroom is clean and always well stocked! I love how they offer two styles of vacuum wand, window and interior cleaner, an air gun for hard to get dirt or crumbs, and both a mat sink cleaning area AND an automatic mat washer machine. If you're looking for a car wash brand to call "yours", BubbleDown is the one! I know it's hard in this economy (I haven't been able to commit monthly myself and can only come as I'm able), but your car is worth it!

I called ahead to see if they had my size part and the manager claimed he had my oil filter before I even finished telling him what type of car it was. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but I shouldn't have. I sat inside waiting for my oil to be changed for an hour and 45 minutes. Multiple times, the manager came inside to ask the cashier/clerk if they had heard back from the auto parts store because they needed a part for a car. When I asked the manager why it took so long for my car he claimed that the shield under the car was hard to get off. When I brought up the filter, he claims he had six of them and that he only called the auto parts store to refill his inventory. No apology, no mention of a discount. Just pushed me out the door without ever recognizing their fault/error. I will never go there again.

This last time when I mentioned to Christine that I hated the awful fading on my white Toyota and was thinking about getting it painted, she said I should give them a shot to buff it & it would probably bring back a lot of the shine. My car is a 2013-see the pictures I've added--the first one in the shade is from the day I bought the car almost new in early 2014. The second one is after Causeway car wash buffed & waxed it for FOUR HOURS--not an easy job but absolutely well worth the $133 before tip that I paid. Judge for yourself: the photos look identical & my car honestly looks brand new. It's important to support small businesses where people clearly are working their tails off.

After my recent visit I noticed that the inside had barely been cleaned and the dash was covered with dust. The car was clean outside but the waxing was not thorough. Don't know if the place has changed hands recently. It was up for sale for a long time and the "for sale" sign has come down now.

On numerous occasions, I've paid for one wash but received a different one. The drying wheel rarely seems to work properly, and after one of my recent washes, my truck was left with significant swirl marks in the paint. The final incident was the last straw. I have a truck with a ladder rack that had been approved by the manager, and I had successfully gone through this wash more than 50 times without any issues. During my most recent visit, the employees incorrectly operated the wash. They failed to properly retract the overhead bar and also allowed the vehicle behind me to get within about two feet of my truck instead of maintaining a safe distance. As my truck continued through the wash, the overhead wash bar came down onto the bed of my truck, ripped my entire ladder rack off, damaged my truck, and completely destroyed the rack. Their response was simply that it "wasn't their fault." However, this incident was entirely preventable and was the direct result of employee error. It was the staff's responsibility to correctly retract the overhead equipment and properly space the vehicles before sending them through the wash. After the incident, I contacted corporate but never received a response. I was left with a damaged truck, a destroyed ladder rack, and no accountability from the company. As a result, I immediately canceled my membership. It's disappointing because this used to be a business I highly recommended. Sadly, based on how this situation was handled, I can no longer recommend it.
