This business is in my town and I always pass it and notice how busy and hard working there employees are. I have a monthly subscription to mod car wash just down the street and use it daily. They are wonderful also new. Although they only give discounts too law enforcement, emt and fire fighters. And im not any of those. I decided to support one of our local business "Main Street express wash. I needed a professional cleaning done to my brand new Tesla. I bought a 10 pack of car washes and a gift certificate for my family member. I finally got to go and visit them for the first time. The wait was about 35 minutes and I tipped the cleaner 20 bucks. My advice too this business would be too ask the customer if they want grease put all over there brand new Tesla vehicle. Some kinda of shiny substance that was totally uneven and looked really bad. Kinda like you go to a 1000 dollar used car dealer and they put shine all over the faded vehicle to make it look new. but this was horrendous!. The windows have some kinda of dotted texture all over it and smears you can see at night. People that get into my car for ridesharing you could see there greasy finger prints all over the vehicle on the outside when they got out. I didn't look over the vehicle but I figured the business would have a supervisor checking each one before they released them to the customer. Good luck main street express wash. Today, none of the vacuums work. Towels are out. Just crappy car wash. I asked for a cancellation on site so I can go to my new favorite wash, which completely superseded this junk yard. The employees are nice here, so I actually feel for them bc working here is embarrassing. read more

If you have a hatchback, be prepared to towel dry the back window. Thankfully this facility has towels & glass cleaner for you, free to use along with the vacuums after the purchase of any car wash. The location is incredibly convenient for me & there's always vacuums available, so this has become my go-to car wash spot. Plus the staff is very nice and will help you with the payment process & are great at keeping the glass cleaner and towels stocked. However, there has yet to be a time when my back window on my Ford Focus hatchback was properly rinsed & dried by the machines at this location. I can get a thorough cleaning on the rest of my car, but something about the hatchback design is not compatible with this washing setup, so be prepared for that if you're coming through with any type of hatchback vehicle. read more

I called the number on the now not working website, spoke to a woman(March 27th) - she said she would process my $58 refund, called two more times, emailed last Friday - to date no refund. I have been going to this car wash for 3 years. Today was the absolute worst visit ever. None of the vacuums had any sucking power, and I tried 4 different ones. I have a monthly membership for over a year and was charged an extra $20 for a wash in late March. They said they've changed their payment system and it happened to a lot of people. The person there wasn't able to refund my money and said come back when a manager is there. I chose to dispute the charge with Bank of America and they took care of it. Now I got charged $20 on 4/26 and 4/28 in addition to my monthly membership. This is a serious problem and criminal if they're doing this to a lot of people. Also, most of the vacuums don't work or have poor suction for quite a few months and the last couple of times there's been too much soap left on the front of my car after the wash. Although the location is very convenient I'm probably going to cancel my membership. If the company lets me. read more

My friend went to get her car washed 3/19/22and during the wash heard a loud noise, get out to vacuum and the rim was completely damaged. It's been an entire week and no one seems to be able to call back..... the professional thing to do would be to call the customer back and make it better. Clearly that's not what's happening. How do you run a business like this? I'm going to the property management on Monday, then I will go to the owner who's been begging for someone to repaint the place since it looks like shit. So glad I found this express drive through car wash! I had just gotten gas from a Shell Gas Station, and my car desperately needed to be washed. So I opted to do the full Works Wash, but their express wash machine stopped working after spraying half my car with foam! I sat in that tunnel for a bit, then drove around to see their machine said something to the effect of sorry car wash is not operating at this time. What?! Half of my car still had foam soap all over it. I did NOT want to get out of the car with two little ones just to go over a $9 car wash charge. So I drove off, frantically looking for an express drive through car wash before the foam soap dried on my car. My husband usually takes care of the car cleaning details, drops it off for a full wash/clean/detailing, so I was really clueless of where to go where I could just drive through without having to take our little ones out of the car. When I arrived here, the young man who was at the Kiosk was friendly and helpful. Yes, he had a mask on, as he went over the different car wash options. Basic is $10, next up is $15, and then a $20 option. I opted for the $15 wash. The next young man who guided our car into the car wash tunnel was cheery; no mask (but he wasn't really talking to us as our windows were rolled up at this point). The children loved the colored foam, brushes, rain water, and were amused at the 'funny noses' that blew the water droplets off the car. There is an area to vacuum your car, but I just needed a wash. What a wonderful experience at this car wash, especially for our little ones! Will definitely come back. :) read more

This was one of the worst car washes I've driven through. I had pollen on the car and went through the wash only to find out that it barely removed some of it. It did not appear when I went through the soap cycle that there was actually soap as evidenced by a lack of lather and bubbles.I bought the ceramic wash, yet the car looks dull afterwards. I went to the vacuums and found that they barely picked up loose material on the carpets. I won't be back to this car wash. read more

Use a different place--they don't use soap anymore, they dryers work only sometimes, and they've been double charging me since new ownership took over. The new workers there aren't helpful at all-always on their phones and cars are getting stuck in wash. read more

Just left this carwash and it had ruined and scratch all 4 of my wheels. I showed the manager my wheels and he took pictures and sent them to main office. I asked him where is main office and give me their phone number. He said he did not know where they are located and did not know their phone #. He said the main office would call me in a few days. Doesn't dry car very well. Otherwise it's a good car wash. I wish it dried car a little better. They do supply free vacuums and towels to finish drying car. I like it because of it's convenient location. read more

*DO NOT RECOMMEND* My father came here 3 weeks ago and one of the machines damaged his grill. The employees have told him they can't do anything and "Triston" the owner has to call you back. Vacuums have not worked in over 3 months. Towels you are supposed to use to dry your vehicle with are either not available or are soaking wet. Staff is rude and not helpful. This car wash is the worst....I'd give anything to have a reputable car wash company closer but unfortunately the closest one is in Largo. No way to speak with management or owners. read more

It seems no matter which option you purchase, the green level car wash is the lights that flash I believe that is the $15 option. Even though I paid for the $25 wash. The kids running the car wash are too busy on their phones and just press the same was option every time. I'll never come through this wash again. read more

Stopped by today to use my monthly membership. It was the usual until the employee asked me to roll down my window. He said do you have shoes on to which I responded flip flops. He said those don't really count. He saw my perplexed look and he said "well you are a member of No Shoes Nation...." yes, I am and so says my front license plate. I laughed and said oh yes I forgot that was on there. He smiled and backed away and off I went. This guy doesn't know how much I needed someone to be nice to me today. Rough day so to speak. The individual standing at the pay kiosk no less than 2 feet from my face was not wearing a mask. Hundreds of people come through and interact with them on a daily basis. They should be wearing a mask regardless of whether or not they themselves are at risk. Unacceptable. In addition we tried to communicate this without having to write a review and the telephone number is not listed. We were continuously forwarded to the Largo location. I've got a monthly pass here and I've never had an issue with this place, my car always comes back clean and I haven't found any scratches on the paint from the brushes. Way better than the other local carwashes that mess up your paint. read more

Check your bank statements - I have been gettting double billed for my monthly car wash membership for over 6 months. They are billing the monthly fee twice a month four days apart. I just spoke with the people at the largo location because thats the number that appears on my bank statement. They are telling me they cannot refund but they will have the GM call me. I am hopeful that they do call back but I am not very optimistic. read more

Been using them since November and everything was great. All of a sudden, the machine started whipping my drivers side mirror out of position. It was so bad today, it actually whipped back into the correct position. When to talk to the manager who was a very nice very young man and was told "well that happens with some cars". Then why did it just start? Well it just happens to some cars. Cancelled my monthly account. It should not happen if the system was running correctly. Why did it just start. Glad to see this business doing so well. But you guys need to keep to your advertised schedule. Sign out front says open till 7pm... rode by at 6:35pm and you're closed while people are still vacuuming their vehicles. It's fine if you close at 6pm, just say so. read more

Great car wash, friendly employees and quick service. It was packed this morning but the line moved quickly through the car wash and the vacuum stations were all packed but opened up quickly as well. They also have spray and cloths at the vacuum stations as well. Will def be back! read more
