My car flooded and had 3" of water in it. I was going to file an insurance claim when my son-in-law told me to take it to Luxury Auto Spa. Brad took out the seats and pulled back the rug and foam to dry it out. After it was dry he shampooed the rug and meticulously cleaned and detailed every inch of it inside and out. He did the work for less than my deductible and saved me a claim. Even though that was my first time there, Brad treated me like family and took care of my car like it was his own. While we are fortunate to have reclaimed water for irrigation, it wreaks havoc on our Subaru's finish when we don't move it in time. Under the hood, looks like it just came off the assembly line. Even made the front lights turn from a cloudy light bright to brand new clear. Their detail included, wash and wax, vacuuming, under hood engine cleaning and visual restoration. From the front to the truck a truly superb job! I stored my SUV for three months in a family members driveway. When I returned to pick it up I noticed the most incredible rust stains all over the passengers side and rear of the vehicle. I took it to several detailing shops for quotes. No one was sure they could totally remove the stains and the quotes were extremely high... I needed my car detailed and cleaned in a pinch. I somehow got a stain on my brand new 2016 Toyota Camry's leatherette interior and I knew I needed a professional to look at it. Brian and his team did a great job of thoroughly explaining the steps involved in the process and options for enamel coating. I dropped the car off on a Friday and they arranged to have someone meet me at the shop on a Sunday morning for pick up. The car's paint looks as good as new. When I picked it up, Ross walked me around the vehicle and explained everything they did. These guys took their time and paid attention to the small details. I live around the corner from Luxury Auto Spa, and after reading many good reviews I decided to try them out. I called them and set up a mobile detailing appointment for Monday, June 5th. It rained Monday so a detail would have been pointless however the people at Luxury Auto Spa didn't bother to call and reschedule the appointment. No call, no show. When I finally did call them to reschedule on Tuesday, I spoke with Chris who said that the detailing guy "assumed that we didn't need a detail." I found this to be very unprofessional. Nevertheless we scheduled the new appointment for Thursday, June 8th. Chris explained to me that they would completely detail and wax the car, clean the dash, steering wheel, door frames, seats, shampoo the carpets, and clean the engine. On Thursday, I received a phone call from Bruce, the detailer. He asked if he could pick the car up, take it to the shop (across the street), detail it and bring it back. I obliged and we confirmed the time and location. When Bruce arrived I handed him the keys and he once more explained what they were going to do to my car. I waited for my car for 4 hours. When Bruce brought my car back, I immediately noticed dust and water spots all over the vehicle. Some areas were pretty bad, it looked like they didn't even clean the side mirrors, the wheels had water spots on them, and the trunk was still wet. The only possible explanation for this is pure laziness and the inability to wipe the car down with a microfiber towel. As I looked at the interior I noticed that the only thing they did was shampoo the carpets and blow the car out with an air compressor. They didn't touch the seats, steering wheel, dash, or the door frames. I actually wiped one of my door frames with a microfiber towel and could visibly see the difference in dirt afterward. I actually ended up wiping most of my car down myself... after I paid them $125 dollars for a subpar detailing job that I could've done myself at home. I have to say that I am disgusted with Luxury Auto Spa. You could do a better job yourself. All Luxury Auto Spa does is give you a basic car wash for $125. I do not recommend their detailing services to anyone. read more

Do not use this business! I went in to talk to owner about pricing and items to be done on my brand new SUV. The owner was given instructions to wash and wax exterior of my SUV and to vacuum carpets, clean rubber floor mats, wipe all interior surfaces, and condition leather seats. They had the vehicle for 7 hrs and when we arrived to pick it and pay the $125 cost quoted, the rubber floor mats still looked scuffed up and had sticky spot on one. We lifted the rubber floor mats and there were lots of debris still on carpets underneath that were supposed to have been vacuumed. Leather seats did not appear to have been conditioned. As were inspecting the vehicle, the owner meet us at the vehicle. We showed him the issues mentioned above and he immediately got defensive and rude. His explanation as to why there was debris still on carpets was that it must have been on the back of the rubber floor mats from where they laid them down on the shop floor. He never addressed the sticky substance still on mat or the seats not being conditioned with leather conditioner. He did take it back to be vacuumed out but feel we paid 125$ for a $10 car wash! read more

In Jan, 2017 I took my 2017 GMC Acadia Denial to Luxury Auto Spa and had it detailed. It looked like it just came off the show room again. Two weeks ago a gallon of milk was left in the car and not driven for a few days. The gallon of milk bust open and soaked the carpet. Needless to say, you couldn't hardly stand to be in the car. Took it to Luxury Auto Spa they give me a price for a full detail and to remove the milk odor. They told me they would do everything they could to remove the odor, but couldn't guarantee that it would come out. I took my car to them on a Monday and told them they could have it for a few days. On Thursday I picked my car up and there was no smell. Like I said it's been two weeks and still no odor. The price they give me was what they charged me. They spent a lot more time then they had estimated, but they got the milk odor out and didn't ask me for more money. Don't find many business that give you a price and then have a lot more time in the job and not ask for more . Thanks guys for your effort. read more
