Called me on Thursday to tell me that someone needed to be home today from 11-3pm for my delivery. I had to leave my job this morning to come home and wait on someone to show up. Someone called me a few minutes past three to tell me that they would be 20-30 minutes longer. It is now 3:50pm and I'm still here, waiting. I hope I never have to use this company ever again. Update: I left to go back to work so the guy told me he'd hide it in my front yard. He even texted me a picture of where he hid it. It was a rather large package, big enough to fit the couch in that it was carrying. He hid it behind my camper parked in the driveway. We purchased furniture through Purchasing Power. We have purchased large items in the past. The method for large items is using a company called NSD. Once the item is here, it switches to a third party courier, Cavilier. We have NEVER had a bad experience. This company called a day ahead, and our furniture was delivered as scheduled. These guys are great! Put it all together, placed the furniture as we wanted, and took all the debris.Very friendly and courteous. Both NSD and Cavilier are doing an awesome job! I was contacted by this company for delivery of Sunsetter Awning for Wednesday 4-25-18. I am retired, always home. NO ONE SHOWED UP NOR CONTACTED ME FOR DELIVERY THAT DAY OR ANY FURTHER DAY. I have called back twice the following days and all I get is an answer of not knowing where my merchandise is. They either delivered to a wrong address or have stolen the items or lost said items. The WORST experience! Called me alerting me they were 30 minutes out. Left work in a rush to meet them, and an hour and a half call them back asking for status. Was told they had a flat and I needed to call the office to reschedule the next day. Next day, received delivery of two large mirrors. They refused to remove boxes, refused to put it in a side room (rather than against a post in the entrance.) Had the audacity to ask me to sign a document stating they 1) put it in the room I requested 2) uncrated it 3) was able to inspect the product. When I asked him about it, the driver shrugged and to just sign it stating I received it. They were told not to unpack it. When I shared I was upset with the entire experience he shrugged. When I called about my issue the receptionist would not let me speak to a manager and she would not let me finish explaining the reason why I called. I was notified on Tuesday afternoon that they would be delivering to me on Wednesday between 1-4 pm and that delivery person would call 30 minutes out. He call at 12:35 pm Wednesday and left message on my cell phone that they were on their way. I called back at 1:00pm and left him a message to call me back on my home phone. At 1:12 pm he returned my call and said they had trouble finding my address and had left and was in Sterling City now on the way back to Midland. He said I missed my delivery time. I was here and called at the appointed time and he had already left the area. I live in Water Valley, 12 miles from Sterling City. Midland is a 2 hour drive. I called the office about getting my delivery because I felt like i was here on time and he didn't even call me back to let me know he was having trouble finding me. They were uncaring, rude and could have given a "@#&**" less if I got my delivery or not. I told the lady I desperately needed the shipment because it is dining tables for this weekend. I was told it would be next week. I said that wouldn't do and she said if I continued to be upset she was going to hang up on me. Customer service and their attitude was worse than poor. I receive shipments quite frequently from freight companies and I have never had the awful service or lack of concern that this company shows. read more
