I'm in a vulnerable position being disabled and just going through a divorce after 30 years of marriage. I have to move but obviously these guys are not the right choice for help. I just feel horrible and like giving up after talking with this company, specifically Venice. I wish I could just buy something and be done instead of being forced to get a loan. Maybe someday I'll find someone who accepts CASH. I just need a home to live in.

This was the 6th manufactured home dealer we have been to and by far the most knowledgeable, upfront and helpful by far. She listened to our needs, immediately knew which layouts would serve out needs and budget. There was no mystery, she laid out pricing and was helpful letting us know what we could add and what we should add. I felt like the process was doable. Also the homes on the lot look nice. The craftsmanship is excellent. On a personal note, the homes are air conditioned so we didn't feel like we had to rush through and get out before heat stroke set in. So we were able to spend more time in the homes looking at the features and discussing things.

From day 1, Ive had nothing but problems, CSR rep from another country deleted my account and my promotions, added a new account and someone tried to order a phone on my new account and Verizon didnt take responsibility for it. Also, my bill each day for the last 7 days with Verizon was more and more. Started out as 133.00, then 146.00, then 162.00, then 196.00, and finally 204.00 for a 1 line plan with no extras!!!! On January 18th, cancelled my account and switched to a different carrier. Was told by the CSR of Verizon (5th person), I could take my devices to the store where I made the purchases. So, we went to the Arizona Pavillions Cortaro location and it was there I explained about ALL the things I went through in the last 7 days with my new account. The CSR went to the "supposed" manager, Guadalupe, and she straight up stated she was not taking back the devices and it pretty much was not her problem!! She was overtalking both me and my husband when trying to explain everything that had happend and she was not willing to provide the "excellent customer service" that Verizon says they provide. She was resistant, rude, not helpful and could care less about my situation or what we had to say. She should not be in a management position, or any kind of higher up level, she is not for the customer, unless you are there to make a nice, big purchase!!! I will NEVER go to this location ever and BUYER BEWARE!!!! Verizon practices Bait and Switch methods. They are friendly and helpful when you want to spend money, but after, you are just another customer and could care less about helping you. Verizon will mess up your account, say they are there to help, but they dont even document your account. After only 7 days, I have switched carriers and will continue filing my reports to the BBB, Federal Trade Commission for Bait and Switch tactics, and the Attorney generals office!!!!

My neighbor has weeds that are 3 ft high. Nothing happens. Palm trees use to be trimmed (according to other residents) That doesn't happen anymore. Cars that do not run, in carports. Some people have way to much junk. There are a lot of good people here, with clean lovely homes. Kinda sad that we have to live this way. They are threatening to raise the rent, THIRTY $$$ are you serious. For WHAT! Not suppose to have window AC. 90% do. I don't get a key to the little club house. I have to ask another resident for it. HUH? I'm not 4 years old anymore. I am not aware of any crime here. Pretty peaceful really. Our maintenance/office people are stretched between two parks. I don't think it is ALL their fault. The owners of this park own MANY parks, and they don't care. Because you know what? They would love this park to fail. Then they could buy the 2 parks next to this park, and put in a MEGA park. A lot of parks here are being bought up, and improved. Out with the old, in with the new. I get it. But where do these people go? It's sad. This is a 55 and older park. I've lived in here twice over 15 yrs and it only gets better as time goes by. They have a a beautiful pool and a great jacuzzi! They have great amenities like a large clubhouse, with pool tables, huge TV screen for parties and a really fun recreation area, games and bean toss and bocci which I love. It has a great Movie library and a book library. The Staff are awesome! Plus they have many events like Kareoke, all Holiday's and Craft making parties, and weekly water aerobics. They reward residents by having the nicest mobile home with a gift card or off your rent. They are friendly and remember you by name. They keep it clean and inviting for when your families come to visit. It also has a very reasonable Lot Rent which I think is great compared compared to many other parks I've seen in the same area.
