When I told them I was dissatisfied, they accused me of lying and refused to give me a refund. They even went as far as to try to prove me wrong by sending me the set list they played, the one they said we agreed upon. This was their biggest mistake; included in that playlist were songs for "seating of family", "seating of mothers", and "unity candle ceremony", which is all well and good except for the fact that NONE OF THOSE EVENTS OCCURRED IN OUR CEREMONY! Even after I pointed this out, Jocelyn still refused to give me a refund because "the musicians played well". What hurt the most is that the song I had planned to walk down the aisle to was in tribute to my older brother who passed away the year before my wedding, and now I have to look back on my wedding day and know that the tribute never even happened.

Yomi was flexible and fun, allowing us to incorporate our own out-of-the-box ideas for the reception while providing plenty of great ideas for games and guest activities. We also had a lot of unusual requests that Yomi worked hard to make a reality; from asking for additional microphones for our friends to perform music at the ceremony to a fully operational Zoom livestream, he made sure that everything went smoothly.
