When I told them I was dissatisfied, they accused me of lying and refused to give me a refund. They even went as far as to try to prove me wrong by sending me the set list they played, the one they said we agreed upon. This was their biggest mistake; included in that playlist were songs for "seating of family", "seating of mothers", and "unity candle ceremony", which is all well and good except for the fact that NONE OF THOSE EVENTS OCCURRED IN OUR CEREMONY! Even after I pointed this out, Jocelyn still refused to give me a refund because "the musicians played well". What hurt the most is that the song I had planned to walk down the aisle to was in tribute to my older brother who passed away the year before my wedding, and now I have to look back on my wedding day and know that the tribute never even happened.

If Riverwest Film and Video could materialize in to human form, I think he could be one of my…read moreboyfriends ... he lives around the corner which is convenient, he likes, and is cool with my dog, he is in to the same movies that I like and will even take requests and make cool suggestions, he has a fun radio show, and is laid back and drinks with me whether I'm the contributor or receiver. When you walk in to this film rental place it's more like a library. You might even meet some borderline personalities which I quite enjoy given my psych background. Some people might be weary of this but I'm not. And if you want to sit in on the radio show, it's right there... I even got involved inebriated one evening. It's the library that won't tell you to "shhhh!" which is totally my style. And you don't have to dig too hard to find something good cause it's Riverwest and the films will most likely be indie style or just exchange it if it sucks since they don't care to be overly bureaucratic. I would say RW Film and Video is a perfect compliment to my other boyfriends, hulu, and netflix. I like variety... He's the hipster. He may not be the richest but definitely the most artistic and creative... the other two have big wallets or big hearts. hee. One thing would could improve however... Would be useful If they had a computer system showing your rental history. I've lost track of where I was watching TV series, like Dexter or True Blood and they can't tell you where you left off. I've also rented the same movies twice unintentionally.
