Negatives: Coffee bar is Uber unwelcoming and the coffee was old and burnt. 100's of old magazines Oil change and wash took 2 hours and I was the only one there. Lady sitting at counter unwelcoming and on cell phone. TV not on No decorations for holidays, or music or festive So, without sounding spoiled, you don't have to have a bougie coffee bar or a big screen television. You don't have to have fall decorations.But you should be welcoming and maybe have a welcoming atmosphere. Car sales here may not be a problem, but knowing a dealership will try to make you comfortable while you have no choice but to wait on service, means the world. Maybe what I am sensing is a lack of pride in this workplace.

They offer a multi service inspection for every one trying to create a larger ticket which is fine but I suggest getting other quotes and pricing on larger jobs above a filter change.
