If you reside in the Rockwall or Heath vicinity, this little sports shop carries all types of apparel for the two local high schools in addition to other athletic/sports related stuff. They also do custom printing orders for your favorite high school sports team or club. I just want to commend Rodney, one of the employees there. He was busy at the registers and rushed over when he was done to help a line of people waiting for store pickups. All the manager (female with long, straight, gray hair) did was stare at me while I waited for her to do everything but help customers. When she finally "assisted me," there was no apology for the wait, no smile, no hello, no thank you. What happened to this place? It's become a dump with no one on the floor.

Google directed me to Rockwall Sports Center so I called. We live an hour away so I inquired if they provided help in assembling the straps and fitting. They were the most helpful and we went the next day to the store. We were greeted immediately with professionalism and kindness you don't normally get at a small store. KR exceeded every expectation with his knowledge and willingness to spend time making sure the helmet fit my son properly and assembled everything that came with the helmet properly and quickly. It was very apparent he knew exactly what he was doing. This store is the epitome of sports equipment store. I brought in an even exchange from a purchase my Wife made 30min prior. The Manager who was helping us seemed confused calculating simple math, refused to look at the receipt and acknowledge she was charging $10 more for the exchange.
