Discriminatory business & poor customer service. I attempted to reschedule a booking and one of the owners, Cheryl Santos, banned us from going back to the cabins. You can't just ban customers because they want to reschedule their trip. What kind of scam business is this? Cheryl is a disgustingly rude person - just look at the way she has replied to other customers. We were repeat customers after visiting last fall; I wanted to bring my friends because the area is quiet and there are lots to do even thought the cabins aren't the best. I just returned from a bachelorette party at the cabins! We had a great time and they were perfect for this event. The cabins are sparkling clean and look brand new. They are very cute! There is a fire pit and corn hole equipment to use in front of the cabins. This is a perfect place to rent for a group or even as a couple or family. It's so nice that there is a wine tour option available with these cabins. We did a 6 hour tour and it was super convenient. The wineries in the Finger Lakes are amazing! The van that took us was clean and had snacks and waters in it. Great added feature for the accommodations. Cheryl and Jim are such nice people! They dealt with everything in a very professional and kind manner. They are so responsive to emails and any questions we had while staying. They are available to help with anything you may need during your stay, but they are non-intrusive and give you your privacy at the same time. They are some of the kindest people I have ever met. They gave us so much information about the cabins and area beforehand. This definitely help make our experience a great one. I will definitely be back to the cabins as soon as I can! read more

Horrible customer service. We had to cancel a cabin rental because of a new order by PA Gov. Wolf that went into effect Nov. 20th. We can not travel from PA to NY and vise versa without a COVID test under the new mandate. We called as soon as we knew the new order and cancelled our reservation for Thanksgiving with 7 days notice but Cayuga Lake Cabins refused a refund even though we sent the official order by the governor to their cell phone. I get rules but these are unprecedented times and flexibility is a must as travel orders continue to be modified with case count. Every winery that was prepaid gave a refund without a second thought; all EXCEPT CAYUGA LAKES CABINS. They lost our business for sure. What a beautiful site with perfect amenities! Cheryl and Jim have thought of everything. All is in perfect order and totally up to date - it's warm and spacious but feels cozy in this winter weather. The cabins are beautifully maintained and look and feel like new! Our hosts are kind and respond immediately to any question or need (and thank you for dog treats and wine glasses from the site!). Did I mention the site is dog-friendly? Tucked into a wooded area there's plenty to explore (our 2 beagles had a great time sniffing around) right on the property. There are 3 beautiful cabins that would accommodate a group venture (exploring the Finger Lakes or a traveling party). Can't recommend this site highly enough!! read more

We reserved CLC's bus to do a brewery tour of Seneca Lake. Cheryl and Jim could not have been more gracious or enjoyable to work with. Cheryl was excited to set up the trip and made it easy to do so; she even called the day before to confirm. Jim drove and was easygoing, happy, and offered great tips throughout the entire trip. They even stored snacks for us in case we got hungry. And the trip was a bargain! The bus was immaculate. If we ever do something like this again, there is no question we would go with CLC tours. read more

My friends and I spent a weekend at one of the cabins. While they were not on the lake, you can go to the lake via the owners' property on the other side of the road.
