I had concerns such as where do we place the lights where they are most effective, and how do we get rid of all the trash, and where will the valet park all those cars? Luckily, Cynthia was able to foresee all those obstacles and more and help create a solution. -She always replied back with emails quickly, and with texts even quicker. -She was always highly professional and prepared during our meetings. -She was honest, and gave her opinion if something would not work out (unlike some vendors who promise too much and under-deliver). -She provided a great team to work with for the day of. -She provided more services than what was outside of our contract to make sure everything ran smoothly the day of. -She was even available after the wedding for follow-up questions that I had (wedding contract info, vendor info, random questions).
