My son had his birthday party at Glows Vibe today, He was so happy and his friend had the best time ever! The team was so good and knew what they are doing, I came over there before the party started and the place was organized perfectly, they took care of everything and they were so nice and helpful even without saying anything. Really impressed! The paper show was such a great show and the kids were so so happy! The DJ made the party to be a real celebration and good vibes. Anna and her team was so attentive from the beginning to the end. Which gave mom and dad a chance to be present and not worry about the details. I had my daughter's seventh birthday party here and it was incredible. The main contact, Anna, was super helpful and her staff is great. My daughter had the best time and it was very special for her and her friends. It was very important to me to find a birthday venue that isn't a "factory" and treats you like you're a time slot in their busy schedule. Of course I understand that they have a schedule and you have to follow time limits but I've been to a couple birthday parties where staff are actually sort of rude to the birthday child on their special party day. Well I certainly found a place that does not do that! They treated my princess .... like a princess. They set up the tables beautifully. Took care of the beverages and cake cutting and really tended to all my demands and needs. I admit I'm pretty particular and am a .... if you're gonna do it.. .then go all out .... type of person. Just got home from a birthday party at glowz vibe and it was AWESOME!!!!! My kids had the best time ever. The crew handled everything from a-z. The decor, balloons, everything!!! From setup to clean up. They had several people part of the crew - a few keeping watch on the kids in the play areas, others handling food, and even a couple dressed as characters!! Anddddd the best and most fun part.... CONFETTI PARTYY!! There was a full on dance party in the middle of the room with the kids having the time of their lives. What an incredible place! We celebrated my twins' 5th birthday here, and I have to say I couldn't be more pleased. What I was most impressed by was the owner's calm and compassionate approach to everything, as you can imagine the chaos of managing multiple parties in one day. She was super down-to-earth and accommodating. The staff was attentive and present as well. There is a huge parking lot, so there are no issues finding a spot, and no valet is necessary! That's a pet peeve of mine with some of the other indoor playgrounds in LA. It is slightly more in cost than other playgrounds in the Granada Hills area but it is truly worth it. You really get your money's worth. We also purchased the paper show which I highly recommend. The kids and parents absolutely loved it. read more

This place was amazing find in an unassuming shopping center. Friends hosted a kids birthday party and there was enough room for a stage, two separate vendors for grown up drinks, made to order crepes and a drink cooler outside of the play area. The kids play area was all black lit for exciting fun for kids and they had a toddler play area that was a bit more enclosed for their safety. They had a "ninja warrior" type play area in the back for older kids that my 5 year old really enjoyed. They also had a trampoline play area too which was enclosed which was kind of different for kids indoor playgrounds. The hosts paid for the paper show at the end of the party and it was phenomenal and such a party . The kids went crazy with the flying paper and music and lights, I would say it's definitely worth it. read more

Perhaps better customer service online? Walked in and just got stared at by the 5 people in attendance. No signs highlighting hours or information pertaining to whether it was open to the public. I waited a couple of minutes by the front table and openly asked whether they were open, since it wasnt clear who worked there. Curtly told they had a party. Guess no interest in future customers. The area did look spacious, with various tables arranged, and a section for the playground. If you end up having a party there, be mindful of the parking. Plaza has several stores which leads to a pretty competitive parking lot, at least first several rows. read more

This is literally the perfect venue! I recently had my twins 1st birthday party here and everything was so perfect! It took me a very long time to find a venue. I wanted a place that was easy/ spacious parking, clean bathrooms, and entertainment for both adults and kids. When I first toured, I knew I had to book this place. Indoor playground for the kids and a dance floor with a Dj for the adults. I couldn't even tell you if the kids or adults had more fun! But the best part about this venue is Anna and all the staff! Everyone is sooo nice and willing to help out. Anna answered all my questions so quickly and accommodated all my vendors. I also arrived late to set up, and the staff were quick to help out and set everything up for me. They were all so professional and knew exactly how to throw a party! By far the best kids party venue in the San Fernando valley!! I had a birthday for my daughter Christmas weekend 2023. When I reached out to the business, I explained to Ana that I was trying to get this together very last minute and had 2 weeks to plan it. She helped me with all my questions and was prompt in answering all my questions by text and phone calls. I had one hour to decorate before the party and all of her amazing staff made sure our party was ready to start on time. I came with a bunch of loose balloons in a bag thinking I can try to do a balloon arch there but the staff made a beautiful decoration with them at the cake stand far better than I would have ever been able to do. The music is awesome! Atmosphere was fabulous and the trampoline and activity area for the kids is very large with so many options. There always a staff member at different stations inside the play area and made sure all the kids were watched and kept safe. The venue is very clean with beautiful tables and chairs.
