But he was just starting out then and apparently is now too big for his britches. When I called today the guy laughed at me and was condescending and dismissive, so I said thank you I will call back. So then the woman that answered would not let me get a complete sentence in and I asked her if she could please let me finish a sentence before interrupting me and she said she would not book the job for me, they have no openings. Customer service at its all time low. If you ever have an issue I imagine you will get more of the same, they are so busy you have to let them be rude to you if you want service, just be forewarned. Edit- When I asked what the price was and was told $100 trip fee plus $160/hour one hour minimum, I was in sticker shock. After having shopped around I did find out nobody else charges this much. I do understand folks are willing to pay it because they are desperate, but that is the definition of price gouging. That along with the very rude attitude, felt horrible. It was a tough week and of course folks who call a locksmith are usually in a big bind. A little understanding would go a long way.

So I think it was the fact that I needed help faster and it upset you that I wanted to look around for faster and cheaper service. They automatically went with this company and sent the request to them. Within half an hour I was contacted for my availability, and once I provided it they scheduled it immediately. They came out this afternoon and did the locks for three doors, six locks total which is the max the warranty covers. Our locksmith's name was Alex and he was super friendly. He arrived on time and was polite from start to finish. He explained the whole process to me and told me how the old locks worked and how the new ones will work since they were built differently. He took his time with his work but still got it done faster than I expected which was a pleasant surprise. He made sure I tested the new locks with the new keys so I could be sure everything was all good, and it was. I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. The scheduling was painless and fast and the technician arrived within the estimated window. I was also notified when he was on his way and I was able to track his progress so I could tell when he would arrive. I'm not sure why other people had bad experiences in the past, but my experience was nothing short of perfect. I would certainly recommend these folks, Alex in particular, to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly locksmith.

I took 4 hours of paid time off from work to accommodate their busy schedule. A locksmith never…read morearrived to rekey my locks. No work was performed, and no one answered the phone when I called before, during, and after the scheduled time. Edit: the agreement was the locksmith would arrive between 10:00 am and 11:30am (see screenshot). When 11:30 hit, I called their phone number to ask if the locksmith would arrive soon, and if I should stay past the appointment window. There was no answer. In fact, I still have not gotten any call-back from the multiple voicemails I left three days ago. I understand that things happen, and something appointments need to be rescheduled or delayed, but communication is an important part of making that happen. You cannot expect a customer to remain past an agreed upon window if you do not contact them to extend it.
