We have worked with MR on three properties and even bought one through them, but because of Michelle's lack of effort and unprofessional handling of our account, we will not be using MR again. The one door I missed on my walk through that led to a pantry had its walls covered with black and green mold. (This did get fixed). You have to jump through more hoops to rent from these people and pay more than what it would be just to buy a house.
