I've been a customer here for a few years and have never had any issues... but yesterday I purchased a CBD cartridge. I took it home, and put it on my battery and it was dead. Took it off, charged it and tried use it and it wouldn't work. So I tried to take off the cartridge and the stem unscrewed releasing all the liquid. NEVER DROPPED IT, didn't even get to use it. I called in and was told to come by so they can take a look at it. When we got there, they were thinking that we screwed it on to tight, so they removed it and redid the process and had the same result I had. The guy helping me was really nice and offered to replace it. Only problem was they didn't have the same flavor that I had purchased that another employee told me was helpful for my situation. They had the higher dosage in that strain so I asked if we could work something out. He asked to call the manager. The manager told him over the phone to go back on his original offer and to not replace anything and to only offer me 15% off another cartridge. I refuse to support a business that doesn't take care of their customers. Definitely won't be back. read more

I usually dont do this, but something needs to be said. I have been trying to come here for the past week and I can't even shop comfortably. I've stepped in twice and it's unbearable. The employees have informed me that the A.C is out and has been for over a week.. those poor employees.. I felt sick after being in there for 5 minutes, I can't imagine how they must feel. Taking off a star because two of the staff members tonight were a bit unprofessional. There was only one lady really working and checking people out. The girl that I asked to help me open the case of edibles didn't seem to want to help and was in a hurry for me to pick out what I wanted. Then when I picked the brand that I wanted, her and a male co-worker were eating the same edibles I was buying while they were behind the counter. Upon trying them they started saying that they were gross and talking down the brand they were eating and pointing out to each other which ones they liked better. Now I get it, everyone has an opinion, but DAMN! What kind of business allows the employees to talk down the brands they sell, and in front of customers that are waiting in line to buy that same brand! If they weren't very good then why didn't the employee suggest other brands to me when I was being rushed to choose one earlier on in the purchase? I felt this was a bad representation of the company. One lady swamped with work, while the others conversation about how bad certain products are. Hmmm... the girls last week were definitely more helpful and better organized. Here's to hoping they work more often so this place doesn't lose too many customers going forward.
