So incredibly disrespectful! Several months ago I had won on one of their slot machines. And apparently the manager did not trust the employees enough to leave them the key to the safe. So they were not able to cash me out. The The employee explained that this happened quite often and wrote me an IOU. I attempted to cash the IOU several times with no luck due to the manager not being there. When I presented it tonight, the man behind the counter, who I think goes by Black rudely told me that the employee who wrote the note hadn't worked their in months. As if that means anything! And then very aggressively told me I needed to get out. I explained how even if he wasn't able to cash it I was planning on buying some things. He even more threatening said "get out now." This punk is truly an embarrassment to the company. I will never buy anything from him and I will tell my friends about him. read more

Alright, kids! After some hit or misses in my search for a nearby head shop, I found my golden goose! This place is open 24/7...TWENTY FOUR HOURS! Even during this pandemic! That alone is clutch AF. The owner, Moe, was super helpful in helping me choose my next glass...equipment. I got an awesome one for only $110! This thing would easily be $200+ anywhere else for sure. Papers, cones, bubblers, bongs, vapes, bowls, CBD, grinders, etc. This is THE place...the prices are so reasonable, even though there's a spot near me that takes me 30 seconds to walk to, I'd rather hop in my car and come here! *inhales* read more

Awesome vape shop that sells a little bit of everything. I'm most impressed with their delta-8 selections as they have alot more to pick from than other shops you'll typically find in Dallas. However, they also have a great glass selection as well as novelty items like graphic t-shirts to even self-defense weapons. Another great part about this place is they're open 24/7! The staff here has also always been friendly and helpful in helping me make a decision on a certain product. Lastly, they even have a rewards program here that actually adds up quick. Not like other places where it takes a year to build up enough points to get only $5 off or something.. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone in the Dallas area! read more

Terrible customer service. After spending hundreds of dollars here the "owner" tried to scam me out of my money with "policies" that have never been heard of, and he had no signage for. It's not my fault if your business isn't doing what you need it to do. Trying to steal from loyal customers makes no sense. Absolutely not coming back, and will tell everyone that I recommended to come to this location not to. Wasted time, gas and energy at 230 am for nothing. read more

Love that this shop just opened and are open late hours. I had been working late and by the time I got off, all other shops were closed except Infinity & Beyond. Moe, the owner, was super nice and the juice he suggested was crazy tasty. read more

This place is a lot of fun to shop for random smoking accessories. They also have keno games to play on and are open all night. My boyfriend and I go here often and the staff has always been super friendly and helpful. The selection is a little on the small side and a tad bit pricey, hence the 4 starts, other than that, they are doing it right! I would definitely recommend this place to a friend read more

We went to this smoke shop looking for a new glass piece after going to two prior in the area where we left disappointed with the selection. When we got to infinity and beyond we were immediately pleasantly surprised by the selection. We were greeted by JK who was so helpful, informative and friendly the whole time. We ended up getting a great deal on two awesome quality pieces that are beautiful and unique, they even glow in the dark which is awesome when I want to smoke and am sleepy. This staff is AWESOME!!! I moved to this area in October and had been looking for a shop and this one is open 24/7 which is RARE! Not only that but they have the LOVELIEST and most helpful staff. Everyone in there will strike up a conversation and help you out however you need. I've been to shops all over the country where the people were okay, but not great. These guys and gals? Great!!!
