CBD Kratom was an accidental find when I was with my friend Charlie. I had already told him about their location on the Upper East Side. We had a discussion about recreational marijuana. I'm thoroughly confused about medical, recreational marijuana and CBD. I'm not in pain like some of my friends. Charlie didn't appear to be interested in anything for sale at this store. I did have a nice chat with the employee on duty. He worked at the opening of the Upper East Side Store. This store is smaller but has a lot of merchandise. I'm fascinated by the little stick my friend puffs on periodically. He uses medical marijuana. He said it doesn't get you high. So there you have it! I am so unhappy. I rarely write reviews, but the sales person either didn't know what they were doing or trying to push a product that I didn't want. I was asked, THC or CBD? I said THC. The woman took me straight over to the section for carts and was given the suggestion to purchase a hybrid (wedding cake). She said that it was the strongest. I asked if it was super flavorful. She said no. That is accurate. I asked how it feels on the throat and told it was smooth. It is not. I trusted the sale person so I purchased it. It doesn't say on the container it's THCA. I had to look it up to find that out. THCA is not psychoactive and instead may provide relief from nausea, inflammation, and boost appetite. I feel deceived and really disappointed. For $65... someone should have mentioned it and I should not have to look it up. read more

This review isn't about the store, but rather the products that CBD Kratom sells. Please reconsider before purchasing their gummy edibles. I bought (3) bags of the BeeZBee CBD+THC (1:1) gummies in each strength: high (25mg THC), medium (15mg THC), and low strength (10mg THC). I know my tolerance and have tried my fair share of edibles. 10mg of THC should give me a slight high and 25mg should get me very high. These gummies don't give any high effect. I've had ONE gummy that semi-worked, which gave me hope to keep trying the rest of the gummies. I've been eating these every hour, with no luck. I don't even bother with the 10mg or 15mg and go straight for the 25mg. These 3 bags cost me over $200 total. I feel like I was ripped off and was sold just regular gummies marketed as edibles. I wish I could return these, but as I ate a number of them to keep trying, in hopes that they would give me a high... probably can't return them now. The weed is not weeding. We got one of their strongest edibles and i am confident i can eat half of the bag and be sober as a stone. Also the chewiest, most rubbery and hard gummy i've ever had. Their pre-rolls do have an effect, but only a slight one. Totally not worth it, even if they were cheap, and they are not cheap at all.
